JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Works with staff, customers, and management as needed to ensure accurate company records. Assists in management and development of processes and ongoing programs. Manages inventory levels per departmental inventory reduction strategy. Provides on-call and overtime support as needed in the evenings and other required times as designated by management. Compliance and follow through from trainings regarding RCRA, EPA, OSHA, and other company guidelines and trainings for assigned job duties. Acts in a stewardship capacity for the Company, works as a functional member of the team, has ability to self-direct and self-regulate workday. Participates in all environmental and safety training as required by Federal, State, County, and Local regulations as well as company policies. Suggests improvements for safety and compliance. Member of PSM team. Promptly reports any safety incidents and participates in incident investigations as requested. Maintains entries into time clock system, local HR files and record keeping including new hires, terminations, performance review management and workers compensation administration. Process new business partner set up forms, collaborate with corporate accounting on invoice approvals and questions, monthly accruals. Manage daily procurement of raw materials based on the critical materials report, maintain inventory levels within established minimum and maximum thresholds, record purchase order receipts in the inventory management system, and ensure accurate costing of purchase orders within the requisition system.
Supervise, coach, and motivate staff while fostering professional growth and development.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum education and experience: a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline or high school diploma and 5 years' experience in a related area, or suitable combination of education and relevant experience as described. Minimum of 10 years of responsible leadership experience in management or supervisory positions. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and demonstrated proficiency with administrative functions. Extensive knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the thermoset polymer industry is a strongly considered asset. Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of office and facilities coordination and basic leadership and management knowledge. Demonstrated organization, facilitation, communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to serve as a confidential knowledgeable resource to the organization's management team that provides leadership and direction. Ability to prioritize workflow and organize diverse material and ability to handle multiple, competing and changing priorities; ability to perform effectively without supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines. Ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing, and to provide exceptional service internally and externally. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and execute job related tasks and project responsibilities independently, exercising judgment in the areas of employee staffing, cost management and team building. High degree of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Displays adaptability in learning the use of relevant software Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills. Benefits and Compensation:
The pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000.

The In Studio Photographer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports Tremco's marketing and branding initiatives.

Set up and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and backdrops, to achieve optimal results.
Capture high-quality still images and video content, focusing on product details, features, and aesthetics.
Edit and retouch images and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar) to produce professional-grade deliverables.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure visual content aligns with campaign goals.

Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions Coordinating visits with contractors Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative. QA/ QA+ inspections Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only). Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof
May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience. Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role. Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required. Qualifications: Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards. Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information, e.g.
professional journals and periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to draft reports, business correspondence and similar documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, contractors, and architects. Ability to communicate business and technical information (e.g.
information relating to status of projects, remediation plans, and customer concerns) to Sales Representative. Intermediate skills: ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, area, circumference and volume. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $70,000 and $90,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.

It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.

Technical Application Specialist
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance.
This individual is a technical liaison between the business and Tremco's field-based internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with general on-site product application, training, and general substrate review.
Assist with the generation and maintenance of technical documentation and collateral with various internal departments.
Examples include application instructions, technical data sheets, technical marketing collateral, product training programs, 3rd party testing/validation reports, and other product assets.
Assist in the collection of laboratory data forproject and/or product-specific testing.
Assist with and/or perform in-field and in-house analytical lab testing to confirm the chemical compatibility and physical adhesion properties of Tremco products on specified jobs, for evaluating new areas of application, new product development, and competitive product analysis.
Conduct jobsite observations/evaluations with customers and field sales reps to make accurate and timely product and installation recommendations.
Compose official letters and/or corporate communiques, including installation instructions, job qualification parameters, and competitive product comparisons along with assisting in the development of detail drawings to help secure sales opportunities.
Provide or obtain accurate and timely answers to inquiries on product usage, comparative competitive products, web-site navigation, product specifications, repair techniques, assessment and/or remedial course of action recommendations for jobsite problems, environmental regulations, construction sequencing, and technical product property questions.
Ensure product performance through proper recommendation of jobsite qualification and application techniques.
Possess and leverage a basic knowledge of Tremco's product portfolio.
Learn assigned core product line technology while assisting higher level Application Specialists with occasional direction.
Provide clear written and verbal technical support and product recommendations to internal and external stakeholders including sales representatives, technical representatives, owners, architects, engineers, contractors, installers, etc.
