As a Serious Injury and Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
Manage a caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims (EL/PL, RTA, Clinical Negligence) from inception to settlement or trial.
Analyse complex medical and legal issues to determine liability and quantum.
Draft pleadings, witness statements, part 35 questions and schedules of loss.
Secure early interim payments and ensure rehabilitation is fast and effective.

Collaborate closely with medical experts, case managers, counsel and other specialists.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide clear legal strategy, manage expectations, and maintain trust.
Maximise billings while delivering outstanding client care.
Support and coach junior colleagues; contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing.

Recent experience of handling multi-track personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
A solid track record of meeting billing targets and delivering excellent results.
Strong communication and client-care skills, confident dealing with vulnerable clients.
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage files profitably.
