A leading commercial law firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its well-established team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

The Role
You will be acting for a growing client base that includes; investors, tenants, financiers and developers.
You would be part of a flourishing litigation team, being the focal point for property litigation work yet have support from others around you, both technically (if needed) and in business development.
You will be working on complex and sensitive cases on a range of matters including; opposed and unopposed business lease renewals, dilapidation claims, property related insolvency and easement disputes.
You will be encouraged to get involved in business development and marketing, given the strength of their client base there is certainly scope for developing this work further and ultimately developing a team.
