The Program Manger manages new product development programs including strategic market initiatives involving internal and external development partners.

Manage the entire product portfolio, time-integrated plans for product introduction and product life cycles from strategic planning to tactical activities. Manage the Product Development process through the various stage gates and receive approvals from key stakeholders. Key contributor to multidisciplinary teams as it relates to new product development. Key leader for managing product development programs within the program management software and defining key pillars for the Product Development team. Manage and develop strategic partnerships with the highest degree of teamwork. Maintain current, annual, and new product forecast. Lead program planning efforts to maintain production schedules. Manage transition planning with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing. Develop and manage strategic plans, operational plans and activities, product and applications planning for the new products. Develop and track annual product growth plans. Facilitate introduction of product into new markets. Coordinate with all groups/departments to ensure that the needs of the marketplace, distribution channel, and Legend Brands associates are met.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Engineer (MfgE) I/II/Senior is responsible for developing, implementing, directing and coordinating manufacturing materials and processes to achieve the most efficient, cost effective and high-quality production possible in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
The MfgE is responsible for leading the transition from new product development to manufacturing; providing daily manufacturing support for existing products; and leading implementation of design changes and quality improvements.
The MfgE works closely with all functional groups to develop robust, cost-effective manufacturing and assembly processes and related documentation for use throughout the manufacturing facility.
The MfgE drives continuous improvement and best practices by applying lean methods to eliminate waste in the value stream.

Create Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and drawing package updates to support implementation of new product development efforts and changes to existing products. Specify/Design and coordinate fabrication of patterns, molds, fixtures, and gauges required in the manufacture of components and assemblies. Provide shop floor support, interfacing with other functional groups as required, to resolve processing issues with sound, lasting, corrective actions. Participate in "make/buy" decisions to determine the most cost-effective manner in which to manufacture hardware. Review new tooling (injection mold, vacuum form, and rotomold) packages to ensure all tooling meets part design and manufacturing requirements. Establish process control parameters and help to define Standard Work to optimize efficiency and First Pass Yield (FPY). Analyze space requirements and workflow, and design the layout of equipment and workstations to ensure maximum efficiency and an ergonomically sound work environment. Perform research and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment.
Conduct studies and evaluations aimed at developing new technologies to reduce cost/lead time, and improve quality/product flow Performs other related duties as assigned.

This is the next level of the Manufacturing Engineer series and is required to have a minimum of 4 years of previous experience and working knowledge and competent demonstration of the following: Design for Manufacturing and Design for Quality in new products and changes to existing products to improve process efficiency, ergonomics, tooling/fixturing, etc. Ability to address issues in the manufacturing environment through development of process improvements Support new product development early in the product design phase to ensure DFM and DFQ are considered and implemented early in the project. Strong SolidWorks design and drawing package skills that meet project deadlines and internal/external customer needs. Demonstrated team leadership with strong communication skills. This level requires the following certifications: SolidWorks CAD Design Professional (CSWP) Manufacturing Engineer II perform broader range of duties, proven skillset to fully perform Manufacturing Engineer responsibilities, more technically complex tasks, expected to set an example of professional efficiency, and provide technical direction to less experienced staff.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Proven leadership ability to lead groups through the implementation of a new product and/or process change. Strong design skills in tooling/fixturing/jigs for production. Understanding and deployment of Design of Experiments methodologies to uncover optimum processing conditions. Excellent analytical skills in the areas of process efficiency to focus efforts on "bottle neck" elimination and develop justification for capital improvements. This level requires the following certifications: Design of Experiments SolidWorks Administration PDM (CPAP) Senior Manufacturing Engineer perform broader skilled work and specialize in one trade or craft but perform work in a variety of disciplines.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer receives minimal instruction or assistance and is fully aware of the operating procedures and policies associated with the department.

The EHS Manager is responsible for providing leadership for the EHS staff to implement EHS standards & procedures, provide expert technical assistance on EHS issues and will partner with functional leadership on compliance, project management, environmental compliance, reporting matters and related EHS management issues for all Legend Brands facilities.

Proactive in addressing preventative issues. Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and schedules routine inspections.
Develops health, safety, and environmental procedures for all areas of the company.
Investigates any safety incidents, provide root cause analysis, and set plans to address improvement opportunities.
Works with various contractors/vendors as needed. Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
Maintains records of discharge of, or employee exposure to, hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
Completes all required OSHA forms and postings. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' management level experience required, ideally in manufacturing environment. The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.
The CSS personnel will work directly alongside the contractors, focused on the restoration coatings line, to ensure that Tremco and the contractor are providing the best solutions, the best products and the best installations to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.
* Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff.
* Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders.
* Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis.
* Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to:
* Peel tests
* Product recommendations
* Proper product installation
* Product diagnostic support to ensure the contractor is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation.
* Provide an on-going sales support, training and development to the contractors, per the direction of the local sales reps.
* Be a direct line of contact to the contractors in the designated area, per the local sales reps, to maintain a good working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Tremco s product line and new products introduced.
* Develop new contractors in the area, per the local sales team, by training on product systems and their usage.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED
* Associate s degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor s Degree (BS) preferred.
* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
* 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
* Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems.
* Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
* Class B CDL driver s license.
* Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
* Prior experience in a field sales and service leadership role.
* Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
* In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of product line.
* History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
