ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all quality related functions in the plant.
Participate in the development of specifications for processing, products, and materials.
Perform all required quality tests for raw materials, work in progress, and finished products. Lead ISO Quality systems. Research customer complaints including but not limited to engaging in root cause investigation, suggesting corrective action, implementing actions, and providing follow up while following the SAP quality process and maintaining metrics.
Manage all lab functions and staff, while assuring the safety and integrity of those operations and employees.
Maintain all testing equipment and ensure that it is in proper working order. Organize and maintain related files, logs, and reports. Develop quality standards/test/inspection plan for raw materials and finished product (specification, sample size and frequency) as well as a robust training process. Develop lean and sustainable saving plans and facilitate small K generation and implementation.
Lead all product compliance activities to ensure certification.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality related programs such as lean, ISO, six sigma, etc.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Attain and maintain all related Health and Safety Certifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This intern will work cross-functionally across product lines and with a wide variety of departments to complete the following responsibilities: Competitive Analysis - Complete competitive analysis reports for various product lines Market Research - Compile reports of vital market research data in various segments of our business.
Marketing - Assist with creation of marketing collateral (i.e.
announcements, brochures, etc.), product landing pages, website content, etc.
Product Line Management - Assist with a variety of daily product management tasks including education/training opportunities, field support, product-based collateral (PDS, SDS, etc.), product development and commercialization processes, product testing (application/field trials, 3rd Party testing), SKU creation and sunsetting, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leverage your manufacturing experience to produce high-quality products by following established guidelines. Conduct quality inspections in accordance with lab procedures. Identify and document issues related to products, processes, or quality management systems. Manage scheduled production requirements and perform inventory checks. Oversee and support plant operations, including production planning, loading/unloading, and building maintenance. Plan and manage raw material procurement. Handle data entry for orders, inventory control, production, and purchasing. Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety procedures. Coordinate customer service with production to ensure timely delivery.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A high school diploma or GED.
1+ year(s) of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (required). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
