GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Material Installer applies coating material to new residential construction (homes, condos, and multi-family projects).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the vehicle to be transported to the jobsite.
Install each job using company-approved methods.
Move each job along at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
Complete any necessary prep work for proper installation.
Inspect products and materials for defects prior to installation.
Perform quality checks after products are installedto ensure the job is completed toboththe builder's and Tremco's scope.
Ensure thework areas at theshop and jobsite arecleanedand that trash and wasteare properly disposed.
Complete any necessary paperwork as required for each job.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Keep timesheetsupto date and accurate.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Performs visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and raw materials to conform to established specifications, applicable standards and the ISO 9001 Quality System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Follows the established quality control procedures to ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with IMS, customer specifications, ISO9001:2015 and ISO14000-2015.
Conducts the inspection and testing of raw materials and products, both in process and finished.
Performs color quality control and corrections by interpreting results obtained using appropriate measurements.
Performs measurement checks using tape measure and calibers. Inspects, calibrates and supervises the use of various instrumentation for testing.
Performs data analysis, provides feedback and improvement suggestions to plant personnel, production management, QC Supervisor on all issues concerning quality.
Maintains Quality Control documents and daily reporting of information.
Assists in complaint investigations by performing tests to detect or duplicate issues observed in the field.
Assists in trouble shooting machine functions and production issues as they arise.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment with oversight of both raw materials and finished goods.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience using enterprise software such as SAP is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Key responsibilities of Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer ;
Providing plant-wide electrical maintenance service, departmental support and repairs on a wide range of machinery such as invertors, motors, conveyor-based systems, panels, PLC's and automation machinery
Within the position you will have the opportunity to be involved with a wide range of maintenance operations and projects, which will be supported by a wide range of training opportunities, including accredited training programs.
The ability to work within a skilled team of engineers permanently.
PPM and reactive maintenance of industrial scale production machinery.
Experience and Qualifications Required for Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer ;
Engineering qualified by either a full Advanced Electrical Apprenticeship (Level 3) OR NVQ Level 3 AND BTEC Level 3 in Electrical Engineering - UK equivalent Electrical Engineering qualifications to Level 3.
The ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment undertaking PPM and TPM activities.
Previous experience in undertaking maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to Electrical problems.
