The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Tasks Profile:

GENERAL SUMMARY: Perform a variety of general repairs, installations, and maintenance on facility equipment, building and utility systems.
Perform general carpentry, floor repairs and general repairs of facility.
Maintain record of maintenance and repairs.
Make routine checks and inspections of equipment for proper lubrication and other general maintenance functions.
Check out problem areas and make repairs and adjustments as needed.
Refer complex situations to supervisor.
Operate machines, tools, perform welding and other maintenance tasks as required.
