Design, plan, and deliver a programme of individual and group activities based on residents assessed social needs
Promote residents' social, physical, and spiritual wellbeing through creative, engaging, and inclusive activities
Support residents in accessing a range of IT options (e.g.
video calls, social media, online resources) to stay connected with family and friends
Liaise with key workers, relatives, volunteers, and community organisations to coordinate participation and events
Keep accurate records of activities, attendance, and outcomes to support residents' care plans
Help to review and adapt activities programmes regularly to meet changing needs and preferences
Support colleagues and contribute to the induction of new staff where appropriate.
Ensure the safe use and maintenance of all activity resources and equipment, and work within budget
Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies at all times

General Purpose:

Review the safety obligations of the clients and ensure they are carried out as per the terms of the agreement, and communicate to the Field Leadership and Safety Supervisors.
Assist the Director of Health and Safety with EHS Notification and Incident Investigation processes, as well as implementation of response action items.
Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy.
Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine the root cause, and take corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed.
Ensure injured workers are offered modified duties, and documentation has been completed.
Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field.

The successful candidates will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday on a rota basis covering early (8AM - 3:30PM) and late (3PM - 10:30PM) shifts.
You'll work one week of early shifts followed by one week of lates on rotation.

Here's what you can expect every day: Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including: pumps, motors, filling and packaging equipment, conveyors, palletizers, piping, valves, tanks, agitators, drives, gearboxes, and utilities. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure equipment reliability. Work with filling line operators to efficiently change over line equipment for different label, container, and packaging sizes. Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the filling lines by Pareto analysis of OEE data and implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce downtime. Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition.
Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations.
Troubleshoot/repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Comply with company safety rules and procedures.
Complete daily and shift clean up tasks. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with supervisor and co-workers.
