The primary result expected from the Quality Manager will be to formulate quality control policies and control quality of laboratory and production efforts by planning, directing, and coordinating quality assurance programs.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Direct product testing activities throughout production cycles. Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Develops and maintains a prioritized list of assignments from the Technical Resource Manager, the Director, Technical Solutions, and Product Managers.
Assists with coordinating, development and updating of technical documents. Monitors and advises on competitive product information. Develops product line presentations and participates in training meetings for customers and company sales force. Actively participates with Industry organizations where appropriate. Assists the product and technical group with technical support, including assisting with the product group helpdesk.
Visits construction sites to observe, collect, and report application procedures and deficiencies.
Manages the system engineered to assist the sales force with national inquiries.
Assists with the field trails of new products and processes.
Responsibilities will include any and all responsibilities deemed necessary by the Technical Resource Manager and/or Director, Technical Solutions. Generate and/or edit drawing details using AutoCAD or similar software.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ year of related experience required.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency using AutoCAD or similar software program. Willing and able to access commercial building roofs using a ladder.

Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills both.
Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Working knowledge and understanding of the permitting process with NOA's and approvals. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e.
Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to work in adverse conditions, around chemicals, navigate construction sites, and climb ladders.

This includes providing field tutelage, and training tools that maximize MET performance and results in support of National Field Manager and National Account Managers.

Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Working knowledge and understanding of the permitting process with NOA's and approvals. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e.

A brand new, luxury care home in Lancashire is nearing completion - a flagship, 68-bed development set across four elegant wings with standout features including private balconies, terraces, a bar, a library, and best-in-class assisted living technology.
This is not just a job - it's the first chapter in a five-year care journey, and we're searching for an exceptional Specialist Commissioning Manager to lead the charge.
This is the first care home in a carefully phased development plan - with two further high-end homes lined up over the next three years.
In this role, you won't be worrying about bricks, mortar, or fittings - the build will be ready for you.
Instead, your focus will be on:
Marketing the home with flair and strategic insight (targeting upper to middle private fee payers)
Building occupancy sensibly and sustainably (3-4 new residents/month, aiming for full occupancy by year 3)
Recruiting, inducting, and training the first class team to match the care ethos
Creating flexible staffing models to support family-friendly working hours (no rigid 12-hour shifts)
Leading community engagement initiatives (you'll have a school next door - the opportunities are endless)
Being hands-on, highly self-sufficient, and capable of working autonomously with support from a highly credible Head of Care

We're looking for a true specialist - someone who has commissioned multiple care homes successfully (not just once), ideally in a high-end, independent or small portfolio setting, where you've had to wear many hats and build from the ground up.
You'll understand:
National fill rate benchmarks and how to pace growth intelligently
How to create a lean but high-functioning staffing structure that evolves with occupancy
How to attract self-funding residents and position a service to appeal to the premium market
How to inspire, train, and lead people who believe in exceptional care

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services to architectural, design and engineering firms with a specific geographic region.
Works with Design Build construction firms. Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts by executing necessary paperwork such as maintaining a Salesforce Automation (SFA) database with projects and activities associated with that project and/or account.
Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers/Market Managers/Business Development Managers regarding project recommendations, bidding, estimating, and quoting of projects within his/her SFA project pipeline.
Gives group presentations to architects, interior designers and engineers relating to Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services.
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management. Contacts a minimum of 10-15 clients in-person per week.
Enter a minimum of 5 new projects per week within Salesforce.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years' industry experience in similar sales, design, or equivalent role.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
Has the ability to organize and prioritize activities.
Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.
Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to physically transport sample case and literature to customers (approximately 40 lbs.
weight) Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 30% This position requires wearing a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.
Preferred Requirements:
