The Warehouse Stores Controller/Stock Controller position is working days Monday to Friday with a leading Building Product manufacturing business.
The Engineering Stores Controller/Stock Controller position is on a permanent basis with responsibilities for the management of the day-to-day operation of the Engineering Stores with order request processing and administering the financial reconciliation of Stores Stocks/Orders, and to administer the computerised planned maintenance system.What's in it for you as an Warehouse Stores Controller

Key Responsibilities and Tasks as an Warehouse Stores Controller
Engineering parts and consumables stores control and stock allocation
The day-to-day management of the Engineering stores
The development and improvement of Stores organization and inventory control
Develop and control parameters for the Factory based Stores locations
Develop and provide an effective Stores service to the Engineering Department, whilst assisting departmental Managers in the enforcement of the correct administration disciplines to ensure efficiency
Development into controlling the purchasing of all materials and to ensure financial administrative procedures and disciplines are followed
To follow Company preferred supplier base
Liaise with Engineering Department as required
The compilation of quarterly Store performance reports, to include such areas as increased supplier base, improvements in cost base and service elements
Close involvement with Unit Accounts Department to ensure smooth administrative and financial procedures.
Skills, Qualifications and Attributes as an Warehouse Stores Controller

Desirable Managing an Engineering or Stores System - stock control, computer based - E.G MRP

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.

The Administrative Assistant will provide crucial support to the Lead Professional, Lead Tutor and the tutoring team in the provision for a student working through GCSE and A-Level subjects.

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a vibrant and fast-paced hospitality business known for delivering memorable guest experiences across the UK and internationally.
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be supporting both sales and marketing functions - working across events, group bookings, and local marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and drive revenue.
This full-time onsite role offers a salary of up to £35,000 DOE working 5 days a week and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing and coordinating group bookings and associated materials
* Overseeing booking portals and maintaining accurate sales records
* Handling input, reporting, and administration duties using the internal CRM system
* Liaising with travel planners and marketing partners to ensure smooth delivery of services
* Supporting the sales & marketing team with client outreach, prospecting, and follow-ups
* Assisting in the planning and execution of events and private functions
* Updating local website content including event calendars and marketing imagery

What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Events Sales Executive, Conference Sales Executive, Hotel Receptionist, Banqueting Sales Executive, Receptionist, Events Executive, Sales & Marketing Assistant, Bookings Coordinator, Concierge or in a similar role.
* Prior experience in a sales and marketing support role within hospitality, events, or tourism
* Social media literacy and confidence in email marketing platforms
* Comfortable presenting to small groups and stakeholders
* Must have experience using office365, Word, Excel etc
* Experience with Triple seat is highly advantageous
* Right to work in the UK (valid work permit or settled status required)
* Fluency in English essential; other languages are a bonus
