What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual with valuations experience in private credit or leveraged finance to join a leading financial services firm in London.
This will be an initial 9 - 12 month contract.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Experience within an investment manager or valuation's role.
Excellent working knowledge of the principals of fair value, IPEV Guidelines and valuation methodologies.
Experience within the Private Credit or Leveraged Finance industry.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Good understanding of valuation models and ability to translate investments economics and performance into valuation inputs.
Core Responsibilities:
Liaise with third party valuation agents and auditors (internal and external) to support their independent valuation roles.
Maintain a robust valuation process and ensure continued best practices to support the valuation cycles for the European Private Credit (EPC) Funds.
Take the lead on discussions where there are discrepancies in valuations and involve relevant people as needed.
Maintain the valuation model to prepare FV marks for all EPC portfolio assets.
Support the onboarding of new portfolio monitoring and reporting system and work with the vendors to develop customised solutions.
Manage the quarterly investor reporting process including preparing the portfolio overview related sections and liaising with the broader European Private Credit team on other various sections.
Act as the point of contact for all valuation related questions and provide valuation support for portfolio / asset events as required.
Lead the valuation committee process including preparing committee agendas and meeting materials and presenting valuation recommendations to the committee.
Oversee the portfolio monitoring process including collating deal team inputs and commentary, reviewing the quarterly portfolio review pack, preparing portfolio summary, and discussing portfolio company performance with deal team.
Support the development of the reporting function, using automated system generated reports where possible and to meet investor and other stakeholder needs.
Maintain internal Fund / Platform dashboards.
Provide valuation support on restructuring and bespoke investment situations.
Prepare track record and performance analysis at investment, portfolio, and fund level, as well as FV movements and impacts at fund and platform level.
Support with the building out of the systems framework to deliver a scalable and efficient portfolio management function.

This position travels to field job sites giving routine guidance and assistance with job startups, coating inspection, and problems encountered on the job.
Assists in routine in-house work such as product evaluations, equipment maintenance, panel preparation, and other duties necessary for normal function of the department.

Preparation of panels prior to coating.
Have a good understanding of the basic operation of hand tools, power tools, abrasive blast cabinet, and pin welder.
To include minor maintenance of same. Provide documentation for panels which will be tested.
Spray nuclear testing orders upon certification. Starting position in Field Service, will handle routine field jobs within capabilities. Contact customers/salesmen to gather pertinent data prior to field trips. Demonstrate proper use of mixing equipment, airless and conventional spray equipment, etc., to apply Carboline products in the assigned divisions. Interpret surface preparation standards per specifications. Demonstrate use and techniques involved with inspections equipment. Train supervisors, inspectors, and painters in the above technical areas. Assist in application of new or revised product evaluations, new equipment evaluations. Carry out procedures as defined in the Technical Service Procedures Manual. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-year college Chemistry or minimum 5 years Technical Service experience.
Valid driver's license.
Valid Passport NACE Certified CIP preferred Level 1, NACE Level 2 or NACE Level 3, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires occasional physical activity.
May require lifting up to 75 lbs.
on occasion.
May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Be able to climb and meet the requirements of a 1A Ladder.
Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
Will require travel of 50% plus, including nighttime and weekends.

One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.

Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).

Key Accountabilities of the Quality Inspector
Interpret technical drawings and customer specifications as needed to ensure product requirements are fully understood.
Carry out in-process checks and final inspections of products, ensuring adherence to defined tolerances and specifications.
Generate precise and detailed inspection and testing documentation to maintain traceability and regulatory compliance.
Assemble comprehensive End of Manufacturing Reports (EOMRs), incorporating certificates, inspection data, and compliance records.
Use XRF analysers to conduct Positive Material Identification (PMI) and confirm correct material grades.
Perform incoming goods inspection and testing of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet procurement and quality standards.
Follow established quality procedures in accordance with the documented Quality Management System (QMS).
Key experience required for the Quality Inspector
Mechanical or manufacturing apprenticeship or equivalent relevant experience
