Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating numerical and descriptive information.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Four plus years of experience in the building envelope industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or CAD drawings. Ability to travel to managed local job sites weekly or as required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams. Familiarity with Project Management Software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments with minimal direction, set priorities that accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities, and perform under deadlines with frequent interruptions. 1-3 years of construction estimation experience. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.
