We are currently looking for a highly experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our clients reputable residential conveyancing team in Newcastle.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a residential conveyancer with a minimum of five years' experience managing their own diverse caseload to contribute to a team that values excellence, client care, and collaboration.
In this fast paced environment, you will handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, help to buy, new builds, shared ownership, company purchases, and auctions.
You will be responsible for managing an individual caseload of approximately 90-100 files, ensuring high standards of service and compliance, while providing guidance to junior fee earners and supporting business development initiatives.
The role demands efficiency, accuracy, and a proactive approach to client service and legal proceedings.
At least five years' experience independently managing residential conveyancing caseloads
Strong knowledge of complex property transactions and legal principles
Ability to handle a full caseload of upwards of 90 files with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proactive, collaborative, and professional approach to work
Experience in mentoring junior fee earners and working within a team-oriented environment
