As a Retail Stocktaking Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Days: Monday - Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7-day working pattern and there is the possibility flexibility in the working days per week if required)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To generate new work and provide an ongoing service to existing clients;
Develop and enhance the Conveyancing Department, maximising cross referrals across all offices and areas of the business;
To produce fee income in line with targets and agreed objectives;
To keep informed of all changes in the Law and Practice in own area of work
Maintain and enhance up to date legal skills.
Use the Company systems properly and follow workflows within the case management system.
Financial control with particular regard to cash flow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.
Maintaining accurate daily records of time spent on client and internal work.
Perform fee earning work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the company's quality and risk procedures.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a growing and busy department.
The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of commercial property matters from start to completion.
This role is ideal for a motivated, client-focused solicitor or legal executive who is keen to play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services within a friendly, supportive team.
The firm has a long-established reputation for providing professional yet approachable advice across a broad range of legal services for both individuals and businesses.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of commercial property matters, including property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales, as well as commercial lease work.
Handle files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring excellent service throughout.
Draft, review, and approve legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Provide clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.
Work diligently and in accordance with professional standards, including those set by the SRA, Lexcel, and CQS.
Take responsibility for ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with relevant changes in law and practice.
Support the firms marketing and business development strategy, including attending networking and industry events where appropriate.
Carry out additional duties that contribute to the growth and effective operation of the department and wider business.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years experience within a busy commercial property department.
Strong legal knowledge and a solid understanding of conveyancing processes.
Ability to manage a caseload independently and hit the ground running.
Strong IT skills.
Knowledge of Lexcel, SRA Standards & Regulations, and Money Laundering Regulations.
Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

As a Retail Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end to end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
We require flexible availability, as the shift lengths may vary and you will be travelling to a different client site each day.
You may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)
Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.
