You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and providing supervision to the Analyst Team.
The Role

Role Overview You'll be a key player within a lively, high-performing team, managing a varied caseload of commercial claims across multiple sectors and advising clients throughout the claims process.
You'll also take an active role in supporting and mentoring junior members, helping to build a strong and knowledgeable department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a broad caseload of commercial insurance claims from first notification to settlement
Advise clients throughout the claims process, delivering exceptional service and clear communication
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and third parties to ensure timely and favourable outcomes
Support the development of junior team members through mentoring and guidance
Maintain accurate and compliant claims records
Collaborate with the wider broking and account management teams to provide holistic client support
About You
3+ years' experience handling a wide range of commercial claims
Cross-class experience (e.g., property, liability, motor, financial lines)
Cert CII qualified or working towards it (support available)
A strong communicator with excellent client service skills
Organised, proactive, and comfortable mentoring junior colleagues
Experience using Acturis preferred
