JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs and ensures high-quality mold mitigation and HVAC cleaning, ductwork cleaning disinfecting, restoration, and sanitizing meeting corporate QA/QC guidelines Adheres to project budgets and contractual schedules Enforces industry-standard protocol for the department. Manages on-site BRS Remediation Crew Responsible for Field Time Sheet Management and daily progress reporting, photo documentation, and other documentation as required. Performs On-site and ongoing Inspection of project work. Performs On-site Safety meetings. Provides training to new crew personnel (safety and procedures). NADCA certification required.
Must obtain certification within 90-120 days of employment. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The General Services (GS) Field Estimator is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive estimating services for patch-and-repair proposals within their assigned region.
This role plays a critical part in supporting sales and operations by ensuring estimates are well-developed, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements. The Field Estimator conducts assessments of existing building envelope and roofing conditions based on Sales Representative scopes of work, visual inspections, and documented deficiencies.
Leveraging these findings, the Estimator develops detailed scopes of work, prepares budgets and estimates, and produces professional proposals for roof repairs, façade repairs, and roof renovations. In addition, the Field Estimator serves as a key liaison to field teams, effectively communicating project scope and expectations to foremen and technicians through both verbal and written means.
Other essential responsibilities include attending pre-bid meetings, capturing accurate field measurements, and providing thorough photo documentation to support proposals and planning.
The role requires strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the Quality Control (QC) process in partnership with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) for all Field Representatives in the region.
This includes conducting random site visits on current and past projects, documenting findings, and ensuring that work meets company standards and customer satisfaction requirements. Investigate roof and building envelope conditions to support the development of General Services (GS) estimates and proposals for Sales Representatives, providing alternative solutions when appropriate. Serve as a technical resource with expertise in roofing systems. Perform detailed take-offs from construction documents to support accurate proposals. Travel to project sites as needed for proposal development and validation. Collaborate with Tremco Sales Representatives, WTI Field personnel, and WTI Construction Managers to align project scope and cost requirements. Provide RoofSnap labor details as needed to Construction Managers and General Contracting Estimators to support Labor, Installation, and Productivity (LIP) preparation for proposals. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates by reviewing Sales Representative scopes of work, project plans, specifications, and addenda, identifying labor, material, and time requirements. Identify and contact suppliers and subcontractors as needed for inclusion in estimates. Ensure suppliers and subcontractors without Master Service Agreements (MSAs) are referred to the Divisional Administrator for approval, documenting exceptions or refusals to avoid procurement delays. Conduct thorough take-offs for roofing repairs and renovations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project scope. Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating both numerical data and precise descriptive details. Maintain professional and timely communication with customers, Sales Representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel via email, phone, text, or in person. Assist in the training and development of Field Representatives and "Elevate" program candidates and graduates, in alignment with WTI Training Policy.
Training includes: Proper completion of services and related documentation. Safety training and documentation requirements. Certification and approval of Field Representatives, including OSHA Hazard Awareness and Toolbox Talks. Conduct Platinum Inspections, in conjunction with the Inspection Team, to prepare associated cost estimate proposals. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of WTI services and deliverables. Participate in all required calls, meetings, and organizational communications. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the Regional Business Manager (RBM) or GS Supervisor.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Assist the Director of Health and Safety with EHS Notification and Incident Investigation processes, as well as implementation of response action items. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine the root cause, and take corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Ensure injured workers are offered modified duties, and documentation has been completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with the Director of Health and Safety and prepare observation reports as needed. At minimum must have 30 Hr.
OSHA Training.
(With willingness to get 500 Hr.
OSHA Training to operate asan official component of the OSHA Construction Outreach Program.) Ensure all new employees within the Region meet their training objectives, e.g., complete their Day 1 Orientation, iLead New Employee Training, and Tremco (OSHA) Construction 10 Hr.

Qualifications:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
Responsible for processing outbound / inbound warehouse materials, including paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operation to move materials, the loading and unloading of trucks and general warehouse duties.
Essential Functions:
Participates in cycle counting raw materials, in-process, and finished goods as outlined by ISO 9001 SOP
Processes and maintains receiving and shipping documents in accordance with ISO 9001 SOP
Performs the complete set of functions as outlined in ISO 9001 SOP's necessary to receive and store raw materials and finished goods
Identifies, pulls, counts, stages and ships orders.
Process pick-sheets, skid labels, bills of lading documents.
Loads and unloads trucks.
Receives, identifies, generally inspects and counts material as it is received by the Company, and distributes material quickly and efficiently.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in receiving and storage areas.
Maintains all pertinent paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate person/departments after receiving process is complete.
Immediately cleans and reports any spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and materials shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
One year minimum warehouse experience.
Six (6) months previous shipping/receiving or one-year prior general warehouse experience
Forklift operations experience
Preferred Requirements:
Hazmat materials training
Forklift experience in sit-down, Picker, and Bendi lift equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected)
Bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting - frequent
Must be able to pick up 50# bags
80% - Loading/unloading utilizing forklift
20% - Scanning and Paperwork
Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency.
This position requires consistent wearing of safety glasses, gloves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes; with additional specific PPE depending on the chemicals or materials handled, which could include respirators, hearing protection, or specialized gloves for hazardous substances.

The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $16.00/hour and $19.00/hour.
