GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for creating drawings to be incorporated with Business Operations services.
Performs daily production activities as needed to process inspection forms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze data entered into roofing software by the production department or field tech reps. Revise data per acceptable roofing practice, Tremco standards, and rules of grammar. Create individual drawings for each building as well as site plans when provided. Upon completion of projects notify the sales rep and building owner, the data is available online for them to view. Create drawing packages for special projects such as bid packages. Make necessary revisions to drawings. Prioritize all work by due dates. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide a summary report weekly on discrepancies and progress on large projects.

The Filler/Packager is responsible to fill product using at least one of the different types of packaging machines.
The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment.
Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials.
Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc.
Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift. Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units. Follow and meet the established production schedules. Properly use the filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area following written standard operating procedures. Assist in the waste segregation and recycling program. Communicate written and verbal information between the Foreman and Production Manager. Use appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety regulations. Track progress throughout assigned shift by completing overall equipment effectiveness documents.
EDUCATION:
No high school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training.

The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. After developing a new process, coordinate the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures and process parameters. Position Summary
The Temporary Operator can work in our Felt Department or in our Roofing Department AT OUR Cleveland Plant.
They start-up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications.
This position can turn into a regular union position if the employee completes the probationary period, successfully.
During the probationary period, this position will be on 1st Shift.
If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on Plant needs.

Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product. Tend to or operate machines that package product. Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items. Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature. Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor. Secure finished packaged items by hand tying, sewing, gluing, stapling, or attaching fastener. Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels. Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material. Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials to prepare raw products for processing.
