As our Night Shift Machine Operator, you will help Rust-Oleum deliver our product on time by operating, adjusting, and managing changeover on the line.
Whatever it takes to meet, and exceed, our daily production goals.

To thrive you must have a high school diploma or GED and experience working high-speed equipment as a Machine Operator in a filling or packaging environment. Solving challenges is the very foundation of who we are.

I Holland operate a Profit Related Payment (P.R.P.) Bonus Scheme.
All employees will be eligible for payments under the rules of the scheme, following the successful completion of a probationary period.
This is paid monthly.

As our Blending Operator you will assure product quality by setting up, operating, or tending machines to mix or blend materials, such as solvents, resins, pigments, latex, and other chemical additives in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner to ultimately provide paint to the customer. Required Experience:

Operate extruder to form sheets of pre-matched wax into round sticks for packaging.
Tend machine throughout process and prepare machine for new batches.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Follow "Start-up Procedure" to prepare extruder for operation Prepare sheets of pre-matched wax to be formed in extruder Feed wax into extruder and assure proper machine extrusion, with regard to color, texture and length of completed stick Have sample sticks approved by QC before continuing process Perform appropriate cleaning procedures between batches Maintain clean work area
