Retail & Asset Solutions are currently seeking motivated, professional and flexible individuals to complete stock counts for well-known retailers, on a casual contract-basis across the UK.
As an Independent Retail Stocktaker, you will be required to drive independently to each shift.

Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

They provide cost management, project management, building surveying and employers agent services.
Clients are mainly in the private sector.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an Associate Project Manager currently working for another firm of construction consultants.
You should have experience of a CAT B fit out offices.
My client would prefer someone to be MRICS / MAPM / RIBA or similarly qualified.
You must have worked as a Project Manager from feasibility through project delivery and handover.
You will be conversant with all pre and post contract duties, be able to represent the client, chair meetings, deal with overall budgets and be able to bring the project in on time and within budget.
You must have excellent client facing skills and be confident and articulate.

List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of WTI's operational, financial, and compliance frameworks to support accurate project execution and reporting.
OTHER REQUIRED DUTIES:
Project Management within the following technology platforms, Salesforce, e-Builder, RoofSnap, OLI, Smartsheet, WTI Quick Price App, Concur Hours to Day Conversions Calculating Market Price Weekly backlog meetings Review and resolve customer disputes Manage tech service expenses Assist with travel and hotel arrangements for maintenance and repair routes Coordinate larger supply and equipment purchases, arrange pickup, payments and cost allocation Coordinate material orders Review and process Readsoft workflow items Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports Customer/Vendor Billing Portals Bi-weekly Project Review Meetings Payment Reconciliation Report low margin jobs Facilitate effective communication Process Implementation Reviews Assist in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other project-related materials Problem Solving Conflict Management Escalation of concerns and issues Archive Project files as necessary Participate in special projects when necessary
EDUCATION:
Business Management/Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE: 4-7 years related experience and/or training Project Administration/Management, Construction Accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley, public procurement or job order contract, prevailing wage
