What will you do?

Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

Job Title: Sourcing Analyst Location: Vernon Hills, IL Department: Sourcing Reports To: Sourcing Director Job Summary: The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for developing and executing sourcing initiatives in collaboration with Sourcing Managers.
This role involves data management, data analysis, spend reporting, vendor and commodity forecasts, quote analysis, and overall support for the sourcing team in day-to-day tasks for assigned categories. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Initiatives: Develop and execute sourcing initiatives, including data management, data analysis, spend reporting, vendor and commodity forecasts, and quote analysis. Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Purchasing, Marketing, Brand Sourcing, Production, Plants, and Master Data teams to align projects and strategies with organizational objectives. Strategy Development: Assist in strategy development and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, considering market dynamics, cost drivers, risk management, and internal requirements. Data Management: Collect, analyze, and update purchasing data, vendor master data, and material master data in SAP. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify emerging opportunities or risks and report to sourcing managers Reporting: Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management. Cost Reduction: Identify cost reduction opportunities, analyze cost structures, and contribute to cost savings and avoidance targets. Supplier Pricing: Manage supplier pricing database and handle pricing updates.
Work with accounting teams to resolve invoice and inventory discrepancies. Supplier Management: In conjunction with the sourcing managers, build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and pricing standards are met.
Research category trends, understand and evaluate supplier capacity to support business needs, and recommend new product capabilities. Negotiation: Assist with supplier negotiations related to costs of parts, tooling, and project timelines. Tactical Purchasing: Handle tactical purchasing activities such as expediting material and managing open PO issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management and analysis. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in market analysis and competitive benchmarking. Knowledge of cost drivers and risk management in sourcing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. General Purpose of the Job:
Provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.
The position focuses on a specific functional area(s) of the company, which in this case is FI/CO - Finance and Controlling with emphasis on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
The scope of responsibility is for Tremco Americas operations all business, all locations.
Nurtures and insures the successful use of the application systems tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides overall direction in the implementation of new SAP modules and new releases of the SAP application software, as well as 3rd party software tools. Provides 2nd level help desk support.
Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software.
Prepares training materials, schedules and conducts application system training as needed.
Audience may be other IT staff or end-user staff.
Performs cost vs.
benefit analysis to determine rational for application system development and enhancements. Acts as liaison to the software vendors and other users of the software.
Is actively involved in software and/or functional user groups users. Performs systems analysis, design, configuration, and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements, etc. Advises users as to the applicability of various alternatives to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP baseline functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing and report development, complimentary software packages, and or changes to business processes. Designs and assists users in the design and documentation of business processes and procedures, the development of training materials, and the delivery of training, etc.
Performs thorough testing of all new and revised system functions and reports, performs quality assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials. Acts as a team leader or group leader for projects / tasks established in each functional area, such as: sales & distribution, finance & accounting, or manufacturing.
Organizes and leads various user group forums to address issue management, to field & manage enhancements requests, and to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas among users within a given functional area of the business operation.
Additional Job Functions: (Other Less Critical Job Activities) Project management task and administration.
Maintains work plans, tracks effort and progress vs.
plan for small to medium scale projects and provides appropriate status information regarding projects. Coordinates / directs the activities of project teams to accomplish the goals of a project.
Team members may be other IT staff, as well as end-user staff. Supervises contract consultants, programmers, and part-time clerical assistance, as needed. Technical.
Provides secondary support for the technical hardware and communications platforms used to support application systems: would include log in's, printing, security, etc.

Practical Work Experience Required:
3-5+ years of leadership experience: manager, supervisor, group lead, etc. 5+ years experience in a SR Accounting Role 7+ years of SAP implementation experience is preferred. 3+ years of implementing/working with RAR in S/4HANA 3+ Years SAP Super User in related discipline.
Strong customer service skills and orientation.
High degree of flexibility in interface with customers / constituents.
2 years experience in project management skills. Ability to distinguish, learn and accept differences in business and end-user requirements. Ability to learn and expand technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with effective and cycle time sensitive time management and project management skills. Read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Additional language skills are an asset (German, French, Polish, etc.) Note: some of the experiences and time frames may overlap.
Special Knowledge and Skill:
General knowledge and understanding of business operations. In-depth knowledge of a specific functional area of business operations (manufacturing, finance & accounting, sales & distribution, etc.).
In depth knowledge of the SAP application software, including its functions & capabilities, configuration, reporting and support requirements. Proficiency in analysis, design, and testing techniques. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This role educates WTI personnel on proper product use and application, provides installation training on and off the roof, and oversees large self-performed projects from start to finish with intermittent inspections and post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will perform regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency across the country with proper roof repairs and application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in the field and in a shop setting. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-con's on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the projects have a zero punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to: Peel tests Product recommendations Proper product installations Post-project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation. Perform roof inspections with written reports and photo documentation. Perform safety audits while on site to ensure all safety requirements are being met and consult with the safety team when necessary. Communicate professionally with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of our product line. Must be able to travel within assigned territory up to 75% of the time with overnight trips included.

Sitecore architect works with the Consumer Product Manager, Customer Product Lead, R&D Product Lead and various stakeholders to develop modern solutions in an agile environment. Responsibilities:
Define the technical architecture for Sitecore projects, including infrastructure, database, and application components.
Identify and implement strategies to optimize Sitecore performance, scalability, and security Manage a small team of direct reports, providing clear goal setting, coaching, and collaboration all while maintaining Rust-Oleum's culture. Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the marketing department's long-term strategy. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years working on Sitecore at an architect level. Strong skills in .NET, GraphQL, CSS, React, NextJS, TypeScript, C#, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL are essential, along with a deep understanding of Sitecore's headless architecture, APIs and best practices Solid understanding of Sitecore's workflows, content authoring process, and approval mechanisms Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
