GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The General Services (GS) Field Estimator is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive estimating services for patch-and-repair proposals within their assigned region.
This role plays a critical part in supporting sales and operations by ensuring estimates are well-developed, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements. The Field Estimator conducts assessments of existing building envelope and roofing conditions based on Sales Representative scopes of work, visual inspections, and documented deficiencies.
Leveraging these findings, the Estimator develops detailed scopes of work, prepares budgets and estimates, and produces professional proposals for roof repairs, façade repairs, and roof renovations. In addition, the Field Estimator serves as a key liaison to field teams, effectively communicating project scope and expectations to foremen and technicians through both verbal and written means.
Other essential responsibilities include attending pre-bid meetings, capturing accurate field measurements, and providing thorough photo documentation to support proposals and planning.
The role requires strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the Quality Control (QC) process in partnership with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) for all Field Representatives in the region.

Identify and contact suppliers and subcontractors as needed for inclusion in estimates. Ensure suppliers and subcontractors without Master Service Agreements (MSAs) are referred to the Divisional Administrator for approval, documenting exceptions or refusals to avoid procurement delays. Conduct thorough take-offs for roofing repairs and renovations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project scope. Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating both numerical data and precise descriptive details. Assist in the training and development of Field Representatives and "Elevate" program candidates and graduates, in alignment with WTI Training Policy.
Training includes: Proper completion of services and related documentation. Safety training and documentation requirements. General Purpose:
To provide safety leadership to all Tremco CPG field employees (including but not limited to Regional Techs, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensure site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, implement safety directives, improve safety performance, and ensure site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct both virtual and physical visits to perform site safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*This should take place at least 75-80% of the week.
* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner, and Tremco regulations throughout all regional projects. Assist site leadership in developing site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning, and equipment. Assist the Director of Health and Safety with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new or updated policies (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs). Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance with our subcontractors with applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco, and their own). Act as a subject matter resource for workers within the field in producing a documented assessment of safe working processes, risk potentials, and solutions/corrective measures. Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. Review the safety obligations of the clients and ensure they are carried out as per the terms of the agreement, and communicate to the Field Leadership and Safety Supervisors. Assist the Director of Health and Safety with EHS Notification and Incident Investigation processes, as well as implementation of response action items. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine the root cause, and take corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Ensure injured workers are offered modified duties, and documentation has been completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with the Director of Health and Safety and prepare observation reports as needed. At minimum must have 30 Hr.
OSHA Training.
(With willingness to get 500 Hr.
OSHA Training to operate asan official component of the OSHA Construction Outreach Program.) Ensure all new employees within the Region meet their training objectives, e.g., complete their Day 1 Orientation, iLead New Employee Training, and Tremco (OSHA) Construction 10 Hr.
Training within 1 month of their employment.
Qualifications:
An Occupational Health and Safety Degree, Diploma, or Nationally Recognized Safety Certification or Designation is a mandatory requirement. Minimum 8 years of Health and Safety field experience that includes strong skills in incident investigation Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications The ability to demonstrate the application of risk assessment to company operations and activities. This is a hybrid position (working both remote and onsite in Beachwood), and will support our Eastern Division.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Project Administrators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and success of projects by providing essential administrative support in collaboration with Construction Managers and Field Representatives throughout various project phases.
Specifically, the Business Operations Project Administrator is tasked with managing and coordinating all administrative aspects for an array of project types.
This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services. For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights. Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days. This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval. The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Secretary / Conveyancing Assistant to join a well-established law firm offering practical legal solutions across property, family, employment, and corporate law.
As a Conveyancing Secretary / Conveyancing Assistant, you will be providing essential support within the conveyancing team, assisting with residential property transactions from start to finish.
This is a full-time office-based role offering a salary range of £24,000 - 63;25,000 and benefits.
You will be responsible for
* Assisting fee earners with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Drafting legal documentation and preparing contracts
* Managing correspondence with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
* Conducting property searches and reviewing title documents
* Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring regulatory compliance
What we are looking for
* Previously worked as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, Conveyancing Secretary, Conveyancing Paralegal, Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, legal Assistant, Legal administartor, legal clerk or in a similar role.
* Proven experience of least 6 months working in a residential conveyancing team
* Familiarity with case management systems and Land Registry procedures
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
