JOB DESCRIPTION
The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing activities of their respective shift, to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly productivity goals.
The position will provide leadership for the hourly associates, driving the lean process to maximize growth, throughput, customer service, and cleanliness.
Other responsibilities include improving workforce flexibility, reducing operating costs, supporting Lean Six Sigma initiatives, including Small K and process improvements, and holding their employees accountable.
Job responsibilities include:
Leads the activities of the team members in the production of quality products in accordance with work instructions and company policy, to ensure a quality product delivered on time Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards, as required by law and company policy Implements Skill Sets and job-related training for all employees on the shift Coaches and provides technical and Supervisory expertise to resolve processing issues and creates and ensures corrective actions are implemented Manages the execution of the Production Schedule Supervisory responsibilities include management of employee performance, hiring, discipline, development, and resource planning Implements and reviews SOP's and drives compliance to standards Utilizes problem-solving techniques and teamwork-building strategies to meet or exceed the facility key operating statistics Facilitates workflow management, workforce scheduling, and team members' placement to ensure the facility and company goals are successfully met or exceeded Conducts leads or implements the appropriate lean process audits Maintains adherence to company policies, standard work, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices Learns and performs training on the SAP production modules Participates in scheduled Gemba walks and drives resolution to identified wastes and issues Uses DAKOTA software as a compliance tool for environmental health and safety Leads Daily Tier meetings with Production Associates.

General Purpose:
The Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.

Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)

Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.
You will be home every weekend.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.
This will include, but not be limited to, General Contracting projects, larger-scale Contracting Patch and Repair Projects, TremCares, etc.
This will involve working with the Construction Manager, Project Superintendent, or WTI Technician assigned to the project to ensure the project is effectively executed, completed safely, and all contractual obligations are adhered to.
Additional duties will include participating in onsite meetings, scope of work development, proposal review, specification review, completion of project schedules, assembling project submittals, obtaining building permits, project closeout documents, and other duties as directed by the Construction Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to and validating proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (specification development, establishment of milestone dates) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Pre-Proposal Meetings Proposal Phase Construction PhasE Conduct Pre-Construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and Schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Assist the Construction Manager in tracking project costs, budget variances, and profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Ensure subcontractor has submitted the required documents. Establish timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on as required. When needed, coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Project Estimators, Specification Writers, Sales Representatives, and RBM. Assist in the review of submitted proposals and contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Review of line-item generated proposal documents. - Responsible for a high volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims, making use of the firms Case Management Systems and using the agreed internal procedures and practices.

- To deal with cases with denial of liability and causation arguments with minimal supervision.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a well-established legal team, handling a caseload of litigated and non-litigated RTA personal injury claims involving orthopaedic injuries specifically fractures.
This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires a confident litigator with strong client care skills.
The Role You will manage your own caseload from cradle to grave, comprising predominantly portal-based RTA claims involving a wide range of orthopaedic injuries such as fractures to fingers, toes, ribs, arms, legs, etc.
While many claims will fall within the portal or fast-track process, more complex or higher-value cases (typically over £25,000) may need to be escalated to the Multi-Track or Serious Injury team.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working autonomously and is motivated to maximise damages and costs.
You will be encouraged to convert straightforward claims into fast or multi-track matters and to develop your expertise across a range of PI issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of RTA fracture claims from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation.
- Keep clients (both lay and insurer) informed throughout the life of the claim.
- Obtain medical evidence, assess liability and quantum, and negotiate settlement.
- Identify and escalate cases where appropriate to the Multi-Track or SI team.
- Deal with post and email correspondence in a timely and organised manner.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or experienced fee earner with a solid background in personal injury claims.
- Strong experience in handling RTA claims particularly those involving fractures.
- Working knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portals and the fast-track process.
- Competent litigator with knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and relevant case law.
- A proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
- Exceptional client care and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and assist less experienced colleagues.
