They are looking for a dedicated Trusts and Probate Paralegal who is wanting to join a friendly team and progress their career even further.
About the role
Within this Trusts and Probate Paralegal role your main day-to-day duties may include:
Attending client meetings
Taking minutes
Drafting correspondence to clients and instruction to Counsel
Preparing court bundles
Drafting all relevant documents
Liaising with clients, opponents, Counsel and other third parties
Attending Court when necessary
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-respected team with clear, bespoke progression paths and will be supervised by the Head of Department so you will gain invaluable exposure to a high-quality pipeline of work.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 years previous experience in a similar role, is able to work well under pressure and has fantastic client care, communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience within a Litigation team is desirable but not essential.
