The Role of the Territory Manager
Our client sells a range of advanced wound care dressings, absorbents, skin protectants, peak flow meters, gloves, & surgical tapes
70% of the business will be in the community + 30% in the NHS/Acute
To promote, sell and ensure proper distribution of products from the product portfolio in both the Acute and Community.
To reach sales targets for the Sales Territory using effective communication methods in a manner that ensures ethical commercial approach, as well as adherence to corporate vision and guidelines.
Customers will include TVNs, Procurement, Nursing Homes, Stoma Nurses, Incontinence Nurses, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, District Nurses and a range of Key Opinion Leaders.
The Territory Manager is required to promote, sell, and ensure formulary compliance for products in the range in both the acute and community for the defined Sales Territory to ensure Sales targets are achieved.
It is important to work closely with the Clinical Nurse Advisors and Business Development Managers within the team to enhance your sales success
Participation with the Regional Business Manager, Clinical Nurse Advisor and Business Development Manager in the development and implementation of local business plans with the aim of achieving high compliance with new Formulary Awards and driving market share growth to achieve sales targets.
Close working with the Business Development Manager & Clinical Nurse Advisor within the Region to ensure all hospital and community formularies are secured and fully compliant.
Covering the Scotland – Ideally based on the M8 Corridor – Glasgow/Edinburgh

The initial project is a high-end corporate office building and this role is on occupier fit-out using FIDIC contracts.

You will work on the full run of project management duties from inception to project delivery.
You will be involved in projects from project planning stage, through procurement and be responsible for all pre contract project management duties through to and including project delivery.
THE COMPANY
My client is a successful firm of construction consultants with offices worldwide.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be Project Manager in the building construction industry at either Senior or Associate level.
You will have either a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil / Structural Engineering, Construction Project Management, Architecture or similar built environment subject and you may be MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA, ICE or similarly qualified.
You should have experience of working for firms of construction consultants i.e.
a multi disciplinary firm of construction consultants or a firm of PQS / PM.
You must have excellent communication skills and be keen to work as part of a dynamic team.
You will need to have excellent experience of managing all aspects of project management representing "the client" and getting involved in the project from pre planning, planning and procurement stages through contract award, contract administration, engaging with the client, construction and design teams to move the project forward to a successful completion.
You should have experience of using a range of construction contracts and particular experience in the use of FIDIC contracts is required.
You will need ten years or more project management experience.
You should also have worked on occupier fit-out projects for high-end offices as the initial project is a 30000 to 35000 square meter office building.

The Role of the Territory Manager:
Selling a comprehensive portfolio single use & reuseable surgical instrumentation solutions
Selling into theatre, dealing with surgeons, theatre staff and procurement.
Identifying, opening and closing business opportunities through upselling/cross selling the portfolio.
Provide procedural and product expertise to targeted customers and key opinion leaders (KOL) through field travel, meeting attendance, educational seminars, and/or case observations.

THE ROLE
My client, an established firm of PQS now seeks a CHARTERED QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COST MANAGER to join them at EXECUTIVE / ASSOCIATE DESIGNATE level working from their Bristol office on high value varied projects.
They are keen to find an ambitious MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor who is probably at project surveyor and who is keen to move up to the next level.
They work on projects of high value and recent projects include residential, commercial offices, leisure, large scale masterplanning, retail, light industrial and a film studios.
The ideal candidate would be keen to work on a good variety of projects.
You will be involved in all aspects of the PQS role doing both pre and post contract work.
My client is keen to find someone who has excellent client facing skills.
THE COMPANY
My client is a firm of PQS with a good range of clients, in the private and public sectors.
They are a large firm of construction consultants offering both cost management and project management services.
They have a number of UK offices plus offices abroad.
THE CANDIDATE
You will ideally be an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor who is currently working for a firm of PQS.
My client will offer support to someone who is working towards RICS as long as you have been working for a PQS.
You will need to have good pre and post contract experience.
Skills should include budget management, cost planning, procurement, post contract cost management, risk management etc.
You should be able to work with limited supervision but as part of a friendly team.
Good client facing skills is essential.
You should have a stable work record.
Good skills in the use of Microsoft platforms adn Cost X or similar.
Experience gained across a variety of projects in the UK is required.
You must have excellent English both written and spoken along with good IT skills.
Salary is in the region of £55000 to £75000 plus RICS fees, pension contribution, discretionary bonus etc.
