Integrating waste management, minimization, and recycling practices at all stages of product development and production processes.
Plant Awareness:
Adhering to current policies and controls related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.
Promoting comprehensive understanding and awareness of these policies throughout the plant.
Reporting:
Taking ownership of business KPIs by implementing effective control measures and developing action plans for improvement.
Preparing accurate reports and analyses for all levels of the division and corporation.
Leading HSE meetings with safety representatives to discuss and address relevant issues.
Conducting regular reporting on Health and Safety, environmental compliance, and energy management.
Auditing:
Managing internal audits by planning, escalating identified issues, and ensuring appropriate follow-up for non-conformities in accordance with ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct region's WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure effective two-way communication and positive results.
Develop an ongoing strategy to manage and grow existing business within existing markets and with all new strategic markets developed by WTI or Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance management.
Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol. Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc. Travel to job sites as needed to provide support to regional resources (including rooftop projects).

Manage all WTI personnel in the assigned region.
Depending on the region's sales volume, personnel can range from 10 to over 100. Develop regional resources for daily operations, growth, and employee development.

Act as an agent of change and improvement , and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. Manage regional financial data, including but not limited to identifying trends, correcting utilization, and addressing gross margin and/or operating income issues.
Review individual job financials and make changes as needed to correct poor performance and prevent future repetitive issues.
Forecast, analyze, and report on sales and establish financial performance metrics.

The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct region's WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure effective two-way communication and positive results.
Develop an ongoing strategy to manage and grow existing business within existing markets and with all new strategic markets developed by WTI or Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance management.
Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol. Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc. Travel to job sites as needed to provide support to regional resources (including rooftop projects).
Travel to customer or sales meetings as needed to support business or regional activities.
Manage all WTI personnel in the assigned region.
Depending on the region's sales volume, personnel can range from 10 to over 100. Develop regional resources for daily operations, growth, and employee development.
Identify resource or employee concerns and resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management promptly.
Ensure documentation of employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR.
Act as an agent of change and improvement , and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. Manage regional financial data, including but not limited to identifying trends, correcting utilization, and addressing gross margin and/or operating income issues.
Review individual job financials and make changes as needed to correct poor performance and prevent future repetitive issues.
Forecast, analyze, and report on sales and establish financial performance metrics.
Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the regional team's achievement of goals.
Develop workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategies to maintain the optimum performance of the region. Establish, define, and communicate a clear strategic direction and targets for goal attainment for the regional team. Facilitate a culture of teamwork and excellence amongst the region as well as the organization.
Communicate and implement company policies and procedures within the region and support throughout the organization as required.
Work directly with the ManagedAsset team to facilitate and foster support of national accounts as designated.

The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
