Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Consumer Cleaners Segment
Location: Vernon Hills, IL
Department: Rust-Oleum US Product Management
Reports To: Director, Product Management - Cleaners
Direct Reports/Manages others: Yes Rust-Oleum Corporation is a worldwide leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.

We are adding to our team to support our growth ambitions for our core household cleaning brands: Mean Green, Krud Kutter, Concrobium and Moldex.
This role provides the opportunity to drive assigned brands in the consumer cleaning segment.
Job Purpose

You will manage a strategic digital-first brand and use consumer insights, category/competitive data, and business analytics to craft and implement breakthrough marketing initiatives that create a competitive brand advantage and supports the company's strategic and financial objectives.
This position will develop brand strategy, new product innovation roadmaps, approve marketing communications, creative, and content.
This position is part of the Cleaners platform and reports to Director, Product Management.
Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expertise
Deep understanding of the consumer, category, product and emerging trends within household cleaners Experience with EPA registered products a plus Familiarity with eCommerce and online merchandising a plus
Brand Branding & Go-To-Market Strategy
Drive commercialization and brand activation efforts working with cross-functional departments, including Communications and Trade.
Partner with Insights team on market research and Category Management, available category reports to monitor competitive activity Partner with Strategic Communications & Demand Generation to develop brand-building, digital-first marketing campaigns Work closely with Sales team to align customer strategies Work closely with platform Digital Hub on Social Strategy to build assigned brand
Product Portfolio Management & New Product Development
Assist with developing assigned portions of the annual Marketing Plan, Long-Term Plan, Operating Plan and Growth & Strategy presentation. Own current brand performance and actionable 1-3 year business plan Own the P&L of designated platform, balancing cost and growth opportunities to achieve profitability and growth targets. Manage product line performance analysis, trends, insights and feedback to identify opportunities to promote and grow a winning brand portfolio Build business cases including market opportunity, investments, profitability and growth projections Manage new product launches through stage gate process Collaborate with the Pricing team to create and maintain the pricing strategy for the product, aiming at maximizing profitability while staying market competitive Lead insight-driven innovation to improve product range, collaborating with R&D, Operations, Sales, etc to ensure alignment with the brand strategy
Qualifications
Education: 4-year BS degree in business or engineering, with an MBA degree an advantage
Experience: 10+ years of experience in brand management with product management experience in innovation/new product development; 5+ years of which spent in Cleaners category
Team Management: 5+ years of managing direct reports
A successful track record of driving profitable growth
Analytic and strategic thinking, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions
Strong financial acumen to analyze multiple aspects of product line performance, can successfully budget and forecast, and understand cost implications of decisions
Ability to influence both formally and informally across functions
Creative thinking and solution-oriented mindset
Strong prioritization skills, and good judgment managing time against competing demands
Empathy and good listening skills to understand audience and consumer needs
Effective verbal communication and presentation skills: clear and concise writing, executive presence and can convey important or critical messages with the desired effect

Can-do attitude and the desire to go above and beyond Salary Range: $115,000 - $150,0000, bonus eligible

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Supply Chain Network Analyst analyzes optimization efforts, identifies business needs, tracks performance metrics, evaluates risks/opportunities and drives improvements in the supply chain process.
Effectively communicates to leadership and leads initiatives in support of the Supply Chain Optimization Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with the Optimization Manager and key stakeholders in sales, marketing, and operations to determine key supply initiatives and inventory targets. Maintain Dryvit SIOP process - monthly plant meetings and network inventory management. Analyzes data to help set DOI targets and manage deliverables for OSD reduction process and excess inventory reduction efforts.
Determines inventory needs including but not limited to quantity, quality, location, etc.
Create cross functional accountability in optimization projects.
Manage PIF process and after launch follow- ups for new products and exits.
Dryvit SKU rationalization - work with inventory specialist to analyze data, change status, and balance existing product amongst plants.
Supports the development of innovative supply chain solutions and tools to support drive strategic and tactical decision-making.
Identifies significant and/or critical supply-demand imbalances.
Works with Operations and procurement to solve and communicates with business leaders effectively and timely to allow for proactive resolution.
Assists with the development and execution of network models, capacity analysis, system standards, as well as the replenishment and redistribution of inventory within the network.
Identifies current state and potential future state flows of the fabrication, panelization, and offsite business from supply chain to internally fabricated façade finish and external third-party capacity.
Provides continuous process mapping support as new methods and sites are added to the network.
Travels to sites in the network to fully understand processes and workflows.
In scope deliverables include all upstream products that are part of the system.
Completes or leads special projects or other supply chain functions as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A bachelor's degree in business or supply chain-related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Educational experience with a degree in Supply Chain or professional experience including one year in demand planning.
Hands on experience with SAP APO and BI modules utilized for demand planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in formulating and implementing optimization models is a plus.
Must have experience manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, highly dimensional data from varying sources as well as driving the collection of new data.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
APICS preferred, or green belt desired.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred SAP APO and BW knowledge.
Strong MS office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of analytical techniques in optimization, and statistical modeling.

Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Supply Chain Network Analyst analyzes optimization efforts, identifies business needs, tracks performance metrics, evaluates risks/opportunities and drives improvements in the supply chain process.
Effectively communicates to leadership and leads initiatives in support of the Supply Chain Optimization Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with the Optimization Manager and key stakeholders in sales, marketing, and operations to determine key supply initiatives and inventory targets. Maintain Dryvit SIOP process - monthly plant meetings and network inventory management. Analyzes data to help set DOI targets and manage deliverables for OSD reduction process and excess inventory reduction efforts.
Determines inventory needs including but not limited to quantity, quality, location, etc.
Create cross functional accountability in optimization projects.
Manage PIF process and after launch follow- ups for new products and exits.
Dryvit SKU rationalization - work with inventory specialist to analyze data, change status, and balance existing product amongst plants.
Supports the development of innovative supply chain solutions and tools to support drive strategic and tactical decision-making.
Identifies significant and/or critical supply-demand imbalances.
Works with Operations and procurement to solve and communicates with business leaders effectively and timely to allow for proactive resolution.
Assists with the development and execution of network models, capacity analysis, system standards, as well as the replenishment and redistribution of inventory within the network.
Identifies current state and potential future state flows of the fabrication, panelization, and offsite business from supply chain to internally fabricated façade finish and external third-party capacity.
Provides continuous process mapping support as new methods and sites are added to the network.
Travels to sites in the network to fully understand processes and workflows.
In scope deliverables include all upstream products that are part of the system.
Completes or leads special projects or other supply chain functions as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A bachelor's degree in business or supply chain-related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Educational experience with a degree in Supply Chain or professional experience including one year in demand planning.
Hands on experience with SAP APO and BI modules utilized for demand planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in formulating and implementing optimization models is a plus.
Must have experience manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, highly dimensional data from varying sources as well as driving the collection of new data.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
APICS preferred, or green belt desired.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred SAP APO and BW knowledge.
Strong MS office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
Knowledge of analytical techniques in optimization, and statistical modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate across the organization.
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening practices.
Self-managed and motivated to contribute individually as well as a member of the team.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION: The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $65,000 and $75,000 plus a bonus opportunity.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
