Job Title - Material Technician (Warehouse)
Job Purpose
The Material Technician is responsible for processing inbound returns from the field of warehouse materials, including cutting back products, paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operation to move materials.
You will also be responsible for processing outbound / inbound warehouse materials, including paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operations to move materials, the loading and unloading of trucks and general warehouse duties.
Principal Accountabilities
Identifies, pulls, counts, stages and ships orders. Process pick-sheets, skid labels, bills of lading documents. Loads and unloads trucks. Receives, identifies, generally inspects and counts material as it is received by the Company, and distributes material quickly and efficiently. Process returns from sales field installations. Cut back materials for re-work or waste stream. Move materials via forklift to designated warehouse areas. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in receiving and storage areas. Maintains all pertinent paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate person/departments after the receiving process is complete. Immediately cleans and reports any spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and materials shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor. Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees.

Physical Requirements
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected) Bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting - frequent Must be able to pick up 50# bags 80% - Loading/unloading utilizing forklift 20% - Scanning and Paperwork Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency. This position requires consistent wearing of safety glasses, gloves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes; with additional specific PPE depending on the chemicals or materials handled, which could include respirators, hearing protection, or specialized gloves for hazardous substances.
Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $18.00-$20.00 p/h.
The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Engineer (Preconstruction)
General Purpose:
To assess project requirements, gather technical data, and provide accurate cost estimates for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects.
This role combines engineering expertise with estimating skills to ensure that HVAC projects are planned and budgeted effectively.
Here are the primary purposes and responsibilities of a Preconstruction Engineer:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Determines scope, designs solutions and estimates cost of HVAC restoration projects. Understands components and function of existing mechanical systems that are being altered or renovated. Develops a project scope of work through site visits and discussions with owner / facility staff Exercises control over design and production tasks to enable HVAC restoration projects. Drafts construction documents and generates specifications for HVAC restoration projects. Utilizes in-house estimating tools to create project budgets. Assists sales team with scope reviews and support as needed. Creates, maintains, and improves estimating tools. Determines the estimated cost of HVAC projects.
This includes calculating costs for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and any other expenses associated with the project.

This includes evaluating existing HVAC systems, identifying any issues or challenges, and gathering data needed for precise estimation. Ensures a smooth transition from estimation to project execution, providing technical guidance and insights as needed.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of industry-specific experience. Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD. EI certification with ability to obtain PE license preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred. Experience with programming language (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred Experience with cloud based platforms (Pro-Core, E-Builder, iAuditor, etc) preferred. Ability to travel out of state up to 25% The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $88,000 and $110,000.

Specific Requirements:
Works directly with the Production Superintendent, other Production Supervisors, Process Technicians, Utility, and others in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production. Review, check, and signoff on appropriate paperwork for both their own and the Process Technicians and Utility employees under watch. Oversee the training of Process Technicians and Utility employees as well as administer reviews and additional trainings as required.
Have a good command and general working knowledge of manufacturing equipment (i.e.
cooling tower fans and circulation pumps, chiller system, steam boilers, air compressors, reactors, and emergency shutdown procedures. Comprehension of manufacturing techniques vacuum distillation, atmospheric controls, chemical addition, filtration methods, control of exothermic reactions, and adjustment of rates of addition within the operating requirement of equipment used. Inventory Control through cycle counts, batch log & MUS record keeping, and filling or transferring documentation. Manages inventory reduction per departmental inventory reduction strategy. Understand and demonstrate compliance with HMIS, SDS's, HAZCOM, General Safety, Tank Markings, Plant Signage, HAZWASTE, LO/TO, PSM, PPE protocol, and proper housekeeping. The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. After developing a new process, coordinate the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures and process parameters. Productivity Use knowledge of the manufacturing process to improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities. Lead the effort to identify causes which result in productivity levels below the expected.
