GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Chemical Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring safety, maintaining product quality, and enhancing process efficiency in a chemical production environment.
Additionally, this role emphasizes promoting a LEAN culture and requires active involvement in on-floor operations as well as spearheading significant projects related to process equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively engage in safety management, addressing intermediate-level issues with shift supervisors.
Independently conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
Proactively identify and address safety concerns.
Use DAKOTA software for compliance, incident reporting, and safety management.
Develop and refine "standard work" practices to better understand and apply LEAN principles.
Manage tasks on Engineering Tier and accountability boards, and conduct daily GEMBA Walks.
Lead projects focused on eliminating non-value-added activities using engineering principles.
Enhance equipment efficiency and participate in quality training programs.
Manage process equipment projects with moderate complexity.
Contribute as an active member of the facility's Quality Improvement Council (QIC).
Oversee medium-scale process equipment projects with budget considerations.
Mentor less experienced engineers.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
4-year degree in engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of experience.

The Field Technical Representative ensures proper application of Tremco CPG products in accordance with all company and industry guidelines by providing on-site application and problem resolution.

EDUCATION:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.

Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $50,801 and $63,501.

Position Summary
The Temporary Operator can work in our Felt Department or in our Roofing Department AT OUR Cleveland Plant.
They start-up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications.
This position can turn into a regular union position if the employee completes the probationary period, successfully.
During the probationary period, this position will be on 1st Shift.
If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on Plant needs.
Duties and Responsibilities

Act as a technical expert on the latest cement manufacturing technologies, equipment, and best practices to maintain Euclid Chemical's competitive edge. Deliver customer support through industrial trials, mill audits, special projects, data analysis, and detailed reporting to retain existing customers and attract new ones Compile and analyze industrial trial process data, and prepare detailed reports providing conclusions and action items from industrial trial runs. Keep thorough and updated records of activity history with active and potential cement additive customers. Design and execution of plant industrial trials and mill audits. Maintenance and operation of portable pump equipment inventory to utilize during industrial trials. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) or chemistry - master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and understanding of cement manufacturing, cement chemistry, and raw and finish mill circuit operation. Basic understanding of cement additives chemistries. Ability to interpret lab outputs (e.g., XRD, clinker microscopy, isothermal calorimetry, and physical test results) to develop customer-specific strategies and product recommendations. Proficiency with cement standards (ASTM, CSA, etc.). Strong knowledge of milling equipment, particle classifiers, circuit configurations, and pyro processes for optimizing clinker performance. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The General Laborer assists with meeting production needs through providing general support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow standard procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Operate and observe machinery used in the production process.
Detect and notify supervision of any production malfunctions or safety concerns.
Perform and document quality testing on products.
Utilize provided tools appropriately.
Package finished goods according to standard procedures.
Pick, stage, and prepare goods for shipment.
Use a forklift to lift and transfer manufactured materials between work and storage areas. Housekeeping, sweeping, and other facilities maintenance.
Follow safe work procedures and practices.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior work experience or training required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate/salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $14.40 and $17.20.

Position Summary
The Temporary Operator can work in our Felt Department or in our Roofing Department AT OUR Cleveland Plant.
They start-up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications.
This position can turn into a regular union position if the employee completes the probationary period, successfully.
During the probationary period, this position will be on 1st Shift.
If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on Plant needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
