As our Material Handler, you will work in our distribution center to pick orders on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule for 12 -hour shifts (6p-6:30a).

Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics.
Maintain the health & safety statistics database. Provide coaching and support to employees, supervision, and management to proactively address safety, health, and environmental risks and concerns. Initiate or assist in efforts to continuously improve the overall working environment in the facility.
Provide technical assistance, training, and work direction to colleagues in other departments.
Analyze problems, identifying alternative solutions, and implementing recommendations in support of the Company safety goals and objectives.
Identify potential or actual areas of non-compliance through regular auditing and inspections and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Review and develop profiles for classification of hazardous waste.

Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:
- Diagnose and repair breakdowns to minimise downtime.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot and modify equipment.
- Perform preventative and planned maintenance using a Maintenance Management System.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including safe working at heights and confined spaces.

Essential:
- Time-served apprenticeship with a Level 3 qualification (BTEC, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in multiskilled maintenance, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and troubleshoot control panel schematics and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Comfortable working in a shift-based role in a high-demand environment.
Desirable:
- Experience with vacuum technology (advantageous but not essential).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Electrical Technician to join a leading engineering company in the Poole area.
This role involves the production, wiring, and installation of electrical sub-assemblies and panels, supporting both commercial and defence projects.
You will work to IPC-A-620 standards, ensuring high-quality builds and installations.
This is a hands-on role that also includes peer electrical inspections, mentoring junior technicians, and assisting with warranty repairs and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Assembly & Wiring:
- Building and wiring electrical panels and looms (crimping, terminating, looming, heat shrinking, and soldering).
- Prototype wiring to IPC-A-620 standards.

Inspection & Testing:
