Position Duties & Responsibilities:

Ability to read and interpret process drawings (process flow diagrams and P&ID's).
PLC with ladder logic analysis.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
PC usage with MS Office Suite (AutoCAD experience a plus), strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills both written and verbal.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to take ownership of procurement and contract management processes for a flagship infrastructure project.
You will engage closely with internal stakeholders and engineering consultants to manage sourcing activities for construction and equipment packages.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with project objectives.
Lead end-to-end RFQ processes and negotiate supplier contracts.
Interface with multidisciplinary internal teams and external partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project milestones.
Oversee documentation, risk tracking, and contract lifecycle management.
Must-Have Skills
Demonstrable experience in CapEx procurement, ideally within construction or life sciences.
In-depth understanding of RFQ and contract management processes.
Experience sourcing technical equipment and services in regulated environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work onsite in Copenhagen 3-4 days per week.
Nice-to-Have

JOB DESCRIPTION
The maintenance supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team on a day-to-day basis.
Typical daily duties include troubleshooting and repairing equipment with the maintenance technicians, updating and improving CMMS, and managing the parts inventory.
The maintenance supervisor exists to ensure that the maintenance team operates efficiently and with a high standard of work quality.
Essential Functions:
Lead daily maintenance activities.
Ensure CMMS is current and orderly.
Follow up on work orders to ensure sufficient work is being performed by technicians
Ensure facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Troubleshoot and perform repairs to manufacturing and facility equipment as needed.
Assign and schedule work as needed.
Works with planning and production team to plan major repairs.
Leads technical development of maintenance team.
Collaborate with safety, production, engineering, and maintenance team to find and implement improvements to manufacturing and facility equipment.

Keep data visible MFG tool updated daily and look at 3 months build plan.
Logistics Manager will ensure a 1-year forecast is maintained.
Create the build plan over the near-term horizon (0 to 4 weeks) for all product lines.
Plan
Align with Engineering, Maintenance, QC, and operations to understand constraints and incorporate those into the production build plan (weekly call)
Align with Supply Chain Planning to understand supply constraints (CSR, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and finance issues) and incorporate those into the production build plan
Lead the cross-departmental change management process when issues occur inside the frozen window (0-48 hours).
