JOB DESCRIPTION
The maintenance supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team on a day-to-day basis.
Typical daily duties include troubleshooting and repairing equipment with the maintenance technicians, updating and improving CMMS, and managing the parts inventory.
The maintenance supervisor exists to ensure that the maintenance team operates efficiently and with a high standard of work quality.
Essential Functions:
Lead daily maintenance activities.
Ensure CMMS is current and orderly.
Follow up on work orders to ensure sufficient work is being performed by technicians
Ensure facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Troubleshoot and perform repairs to manufacturing and facility equipment as needed.
Assign and schedule work as needed.
Works with planning and production team to plan major repairs.
Leads technical development of maintenance team.
Collaborate with safety, production, engineering, and maintenance team to find and implement improvements to manufacturing and facility equipment.
Maintain parts inventory to ensure critical spare parts are on hand.
Ensures accuracy between CMMS and physical inventory.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
5-7 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Experience with CMMS Systems
Preferred Requirements:
5-7 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Excellent interpersonal and delegation skills
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, modern algebra, and advanced statistical theory.
Knowledge of SAP and demonstrated basic knowledge of Process Control Systems.
Administration and Management- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in project planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective development, manufacture, and commercialization of products.
Engineering and Technology- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science, chemistry, and technology.
This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the transfer, development, and production of products.
Wages: From $85,000 to $115,000.

Position Overview
As a Night Shift Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the correct and safe operation of machines and equipment and maintaining upkeep of the site.
You will enhance your technical capabilities through training and knowledge sharing while working collaboratively with other teams to ensure a smooth production operation.
Responsibilities of the Trainee Production Technician (Nights)
- Ensure the correct and safe operation of machines and equipment, observing all safety procedures
- Maintain upkeep of the site
- Ensure machines are set up, loaded and maintained correctly
- Enhance technical capability through training and knowledge sharing
- Keep machines running efficiently and troubleshoot as required
- Carry out minor machine and tool repairs/maintenance
- Maintain documentation to improve processes
Candidate Profile
- Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
- Be hands-on and physically fit
