We are seeking a Planning & Logistics Specialist to play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our clients order book and production planning activities.
This position sits at the heart of operations, supporting the full lifecycle from order input through to shipment and invoicing.
Working closely with the operations and customer service teams, you will ensure that transactional data within Javelin (MRP) and supporting systems is accurate, up to date and aligned with production requirements.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support site growth and deliver a responsive, customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve order book administration, ensuring all sales and production orders are accurately loaded into Javelin (MRP) and reflected within customer demand portals.
Plan, schedule and release shop orders in line with MRP outputs and/or level scheduling requirements.
Prepare and compile production documentation prior to release to the shop floor, including job cards, drawings, specifications and associated paperwork.
Proactively track and update production work orders in line with schedule changes, ensuring clear communication across teams.
Support the Customer Service function with dispatch and shipping documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, Certificates of Conformity and customer-specific requirements.
About You
Experience in a planning, logistics, scheduling or production control role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (Javelin experience desirable but not essential).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple work orders and priorities.
Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally with operations, production and customer service teams.
Proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.

The Design Engineer assesses project requirements, gathers technical field data, determines design requirements, selects appropriate equipment, and provides drafting of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects.
This role combines engineering expertise with drafting skills to ensure that projects are planned and constructed effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
