JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary result expected from the Senior Production Supervisor is to supervise the facility to ensure the manufacture of paint and related products by organizing and executing the production work schedule (as dictated via the production plan) to maintain a safe, efficient and organized working environment, and to provide leadership/guidance to all production personnel, including shift supervisors and assistant supervisors.
Enforce safety and environmental regulations.
Direct and coordinate the activities of associates engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as machine operators, and batchmakers.
Read and analyze BOMs (Bill of Materials) work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
Confer with all supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect non-conforming finished products.
Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new associates, or assign associates to experienced workers for training.
Observe work and monitor activities to ensure that all associates conform to production or processing standards.
Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems or complaints.
Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.

The Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for leading the Supply Planning process across the DAP enterprise.

The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of the production area for designated shift.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Helper supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels.
Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures.
Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases.
Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training required.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to function effectively in a team setting.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and dependability.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate/salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $19.00 and $24.00.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
