Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.

The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.

These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. Summary:
Euclid Chemical is seeking a Quality Control Technician to oversee material testing for concrete repair products in Euclid Chemical's Powder Department.
This role includes evaluating product conformity, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining a professional image when interacting with customers, management, sales, and internal teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform routine batch-specific quality control tests; including slump, flow, set time, & compressive strength Responsible for cleaning, calibrating, and maintaining QC equipment Maintain good housekeeping in the lab and project a clean quality image Document test results accurately and maintain QC logs and batch records in compliance with internal and external standards Work with a team to perform root-cause-analysis and develop corrective actions Work with Plant R&D on any quality issues identified Assist with the creation, distribution, and processing of department operation documents Executes ISO 9001 requirements within areas of responsibility Perform MS-168 functions within areas of responsibility Perform all duties in accordance with Health and Safety Protocols and company policies.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience Concrete testing experience is a plus IT Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Other Requirements:
Must be available to work the following shift : 6am-2:30pm and flexible to work overtime & other shifts as determined by the needs of the business- including longer shifts and weekends
Physical requirements: The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with assistance.
Must be capable of sitting, standing, lifting and walking for extended periods of time.
The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.

Responsible for ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assure orders and shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit of said documents. Work with Plant Operations, Customer Service and Purchasing to resolve allocation discrepancies. Help with or complete special projects at the discretion of the Distribution Services Manager. Ensure good security processes are followed with regard to the CTPAT (driver and visitor sign in). Answer/route all telephone calls in a polite manner, taking messages and routing to proper individual in a timely manner. Assists & evaluates needs with shipping points, services, weights & freight permits, and other information needed. Initiates, answers & documents tracer inquiries when requested via email and/or fax. Maintains shipping stations are in working order and stock with materials Notifies consignee of shipment arrival and coordinates shipment information to other offices and/or agents. Arranges for movement of freight to consignee/agent & updates the system with information. Route Shuttle Drivers to maximize the efficiency of moving the Production stock to the DC. Processes necessary invoices to appropriate office for payment. Enter data pertaining to domestic and international shipments into the company's ERP system and into the shipping systems of commercial freight carriers Monitor the supply of packaging materials and requisition additional supplies as required Confirm physical shipment of goods and facilitate tracking of packages Identify errors on packing lists & invoices and correct them In conjunction with senior supervisor will be responsible for all outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations. Using ERP System, prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight. Ensure that drivers depart with appropriate paperwork. Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures. Gather, enter into warehouse management system and maintain all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities. Complete necessary management reports as required.
