Job Summary:
Hands-on, senior-level engineer in Azure Cloud, VMWare, Hyper-V Virtualization and Windows Server platforms with expert level ability to design, develop and architect solutions for a multibillion-dollar global company.
Position responsibilities include the implementation of the organization's application hosting, mass storage and cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance and support.
Primary functions also include the implementation of industry best practices, continuous improvement frameworks and recommendations for future optimizations.
This senior level technical position must work alongside other support resources and assist in cross-functional troubleshooting and requires strong communication with both technical resources and upper management.
Candidates must have a proven track record with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.
Responsibilities:
Design, optimize, and implement application hosting solutions in both Azure cloud and on-premise data centers that meet the demands of the business.
Evaluate the current and upcoming infrastructure stack from a security perspective and provide hardening recommendations.
Virtualization and Windows optimization & performance
Active Directory domain consolidations
Coordinates and supports information security efforts in server, virtualization and storage.
This includes working with application developers and database administrators to plan and implement application security within application environments.
Thus providing guidance on risks and vulnerabilities related to common application protocols, web services security, and end user systems.
Scripting and automation of application hosting and storage maintenance
Disaster and Site Recovery
Take part in life cycle management/ refresh of equipment
Systems management and alerting, which may include nonbusiness hours on-call support rotation as needed.
Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems
Assist with other facets of IT operations and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
10+ years in engineering role for application hosting for global entities with $3B+ in annual revenue.
10+ years with MS Server and Virtualization platforms (VMWare & MS Hypervisor)
10+ years with mass storage units (HP Storage, IBM storage, etc.)
10+ years with ITIL processes and industry best practices for application hosting
5+ years with Azure IaaS and PaaS experience
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent education.
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely fashion.
Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions.
Experience with IBM Power Systems and AS400 is a plus.
MCSE, Security, ITIL, and/or Azure certifications are a plus.
Salary: $145,000 - $170,000, bonus eligible

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - SOUTH ATLANTIC REGION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish sales strategy and supporting business plan that is focused on growth and profitability for assigned Region.
Develop a business plan that includes goals, objectives and strategies that ensure attainment of sales goals and margins to meet profit goals.

Continually focus on ways to support sales reps with meeting their Compensation objectives (Comp 2.0, 3.0, etc.) throughout the region and ensure reps are utilizing Smart Sheet to track their activities, proposals, etc.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.

The HRIS Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle HCM Cloud system.
This role serves as a key liaison between Human Resources, IT, Payroll, and business units to ensure accurate employee data, efficient workflows, and effective system utilization.

Oversee interfaces between Oracle and third-party vendors and if necessary, resolve technical issues in coordination with Technical Support teams.
Maintain HRIS documentation, standard operating procedures, and data audit processes. Deliver training and guidance to HR users and managers on Oracle functionality and best practices. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, internal policies, and audit standards. Create, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools for department, financial and operational needs.
Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing business needs and create ad-hoc reports.
Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or a similar HRIS system in an HR support role with HR systems implementation experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting system upgrades and quarterly Oracle releases. Understanding of HR processes such as on-boarding, performance reviews, benefits enrollment, and organizational changes. Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools a plus. Experience in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment. JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Program Administrator supports the National Account Team Lead and other Program Managers in a behind-the-scenes role.
The Program Administrator should be a detail-oriented and organized professional who understands the importance of deadlines, communication, and customer-specific requirements.
The Program Administrator will be responsible for working on multiple Programs (service contracts) and executing the day-to-day requirements outlined by the National Account Team Lead and/or the Program Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writing proposals for customer accounts.
Understanding customer-specific requirements (applicable discounts, labor/material break out, taxes, etc.) File/document integrity - use internal web resources (eBuilder) and local file storage to maintain document and file storage integrity. Understanding different labor rates for each WTI region(s). Understanding different WTI service types and how they are priced. Managing multiple leak response programs.
Tracking leak calls and WTI service response times.
Managing subcontractor invoices and completing paperwork.
Working with regional administrators to re-dispatch leak calls, get progress updates, etc.
Working with WTI technicians to request NTE increases on individual leak responses if applicable. Tracking and invoicing leak service calls.
Delivering invoices to customer-specific locations (work order systems, customized email addresses, etc.) Tracking inspection programs.
Working in internal systems to track roof inspection data.
Maintaining a master inspection tracker showing where small pieces of entire programs are in relation to completion. Maintain a weekly schedule for WTI field technicians and Program Manager (to share with customers). Inputting budgets, editing, and categorizing recommendations from WTI field technicians.
Submitting reports and files for internal quality control.
Editing reports as needed based on feedback from quality control personnel.
Delivering reports to the Program Manager/customer.
Customer portals Updating customer work order status with ETA Updating customer invoice system with Invoice Special Project Assignments Be accountable for managing your day based on tasks set forth by the Program Manager.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating professional presentations.
Able to work and communicate with all levels of management.
Computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio- Adobe, Smartsheet, SAP, etc.
(Experience with SAP Accounting is preferred.) Must have proficient organizational and problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, and be adaptable to change.
Must be able to work effectively independently or in a team environment.
