GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The role of the Regional Administrator is to support the sales reps with administrative duties, to keep the rep in the field as much as possible.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Entering and tracking all project orders Salesforce OLI Order Entry Communicate with CMs Strategic Alignment Tracking Assisting with Concur reports, entering on rep's behalf. Working in OLI for customer reports, RoofTec quotes, Grainger proposals, etc. Requesting Tremcare Quotes Submitting GC Requests Forms for team Pulling OLI reports for customers/reps Creating Material Lists in Salesforce for Reps/Contractors Requesting pricing for warranty renewals/extensions, Tremcare, P&Rs Using Power Apps for P&R Requests Training reps on Power Apps Submitting documents for contracts, insurance requests, etc. Ordering supplies, samples Tracking of all project progress/product estimates in Salesforce Working with reps to enter all YE/Quarterly Estimates Tracking all drops/new contacts/meetings/roof inspections for SRTs Building OMNIA Project Manuals Completing any other paperwork as needed Develop relationships with contractors and customers Attend project/customer meetings as needed (Pre-cons, progress meetings, etc.) Weekly WTI meetings for each rep (Running, taking notes, coordinating) Coordinating access and background checks as needed for secure sites, for both Tremco and WTI employees Managing communication between WTI techs and customers for Tremcare schedules and project schedules. The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. After developing a new process, coordinate the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures and process parameters. Productivity Use knowledge of the manufacturing process to improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities. Lead the effort to identify causes which result in productivity levels below the expected. Participate with maintenance in facility continuous improvement programs MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (special skills, knowledge, ability, education, etc.): Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university in Chemical Engineering.
6+ years related experience in Process Engineering in a manufacturing environment. Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, modern algebra, and advanced statistical theory.

This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services. Upon receiving SAP Sales Order information from Customer Service Representatives, the administrator confirms all compliance requirements based on the WTI Price Book Policy/Procedures and Contract Management Policy, completing checklists to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Key responsibilities include managing critical project documents, such as vendor applications, subcontracts, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, specifications, certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds, prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reports, and state-specific compliance documentation.
Project Administrators also facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed. This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights. Throughout each project, the Project Administrator coordinates with Construction Managers, Field Representatives, field technicians, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Project management duties cover tracking time and expenses, managing payables over 30 days, monitoring plan versus actual costs, verifying that all documents (such as bonds, insurance, and submittals) are submitted and approved, ensuring costs align with budget expectations, and validating all projects older than 90 days. This role includes preparing customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness, adhering to book pricing, time and materials (T&M), not-to-exceed (NTE) limits, lump-sum pricing, and customer-specific billing requirements.
Project Administrators must understand and apply WTI's commission and discount policies when processing invoices across both General Contracting and General Services.
They also review projects for job closeout audits, updating planned versus actual costs, and completing a job closing checklist for final approval. The Project Administrator is essential to ensuring that WTI's policies and procedures are followed precisely, maintaining accurate financial data for reporting at month-end, quarter-end, and fiscal year-end.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of WTI's operational, financial, and compliance frameworks to support accurate project execution and reporting.

SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. After developing a new process, coordinate the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures and process parameters. Productivity Use knowledge of the manufacturing process to improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities. Lead the effort to identify causes which result in productivity levels below the expected. Participate with maintenance in facility continuous improvement programs MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (special skills, knowledge, ability, education, etc.): Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university in Chemical Engineering.
6+ years related experience in Process Engineering in a manufacturing environment. Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, modern algebra, and advanced statistical theory.
Knowledge of SAP and demonstrated basic knowledge of Process Control Systems. Understand of plant operations Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
