Job Summary
The EHS Manager is responsible for providing leadership for the EHS staff to implement EHS standards & procedures, provide expert technical assistance on EHS issues and will partner with functional leadership on compliance, project management, environmental compliance, reporting matters and related EHS management issues for all Legend Brands facilities.

Works with various contractors/vendors as needed. Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
Maintains records of discharge of, or employee exposure to, hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
Completes all required OSHA forms and postings. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, certification and/or licensure required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential duties and meet the necessary employment standards may be considered. Bachelor's degree required in field related to Environmental, Health, and/or Safety.
Minimum 5 years' management level experience required, ideally in manufacturing environment. Certification in one or more of the following is required: Certified Safety Professional Certifies Hazardous Materials Manager Certified CPR/First Aid Trainer OSHA 30-Hour OSHA Course Preferred certifications: HAZWOPER 24-Hour Training Root Cause Analysis Training Demonstrated ability to work efficiently/independently with minimal supervision. Ability to stay calm and lead under stressful conditions. Ability to travel up to 15%. Capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Hiring Range:
Between $102,000 - $120,000 annually.

Grow overall flooring business by working with contractors & suppliers.

Periodic evening and weekend hours required for Co-Op Shows and customer events.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Warranty Administratoris primarily responsible for: Processing all warranty requests and maintaining accurate and up-to-date warranty files, samples, and product/system listings on the online warranty system. Process all warranty requests received daily according to project specifications and dollar amount. Obtain and process all approvals for warranties from reps and sales management according to warranty guidelines daily. Maintain accurate and comprehensive files on all special warranties, including specifications, warranty request form (product and application information), and all appropriate approvals. Handle all warranty request transactions, such as obtaining contractor signatures for joint warranties, preparing and distributing Approved Applicator Certificates, generating sample warranties, and generating reports for sales force if required. Verify and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all warranty information, such as address verification, report generation, etc. Respond to calls and inquiries related to warranties from both internal and external customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with personal injury litigation experience who is passionate about international law and complex cross-border matters.
Files the team work on include:
RTA abroad involving complex jurisdiction and applicable law issues.
Claims under the package travel regulations.
Workplace accidents overseas.
Maritime and aviation accidents.
Group illness litigation.
Accidents occurring in the US and other jurisdictions.
You will play a key role in managing a varied caseload from instruction to resolution, often involving high-value and legally complex claims.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising clients on liability, quantum, funding and limitation.
Instructing medico-legal experts and managing expert evidence.
Drafting legal documents and preparing cases for trial.
Representing clients with professionalism and empathy throughout litigation.
Collaborating with colleagues, experts and counsel to drive case strategy.
Ensuring compliance with CPR and relevant professional standards.
Participating in business development activities such as writing articles, giving talks, and contributing to the team's growth.
What we are looking for:
Qualified solicitor or legal executive (NQ+), with PI experience.
Demonstrable interest in travel or cross-border personal injury law.
Confident handling claims from early advice through to trial.
Strong understanding of schedule of loss preparation.
Ability to build strong client relationships with sensitivity and professionalism.
Team player with solid time management and prioritisation skills.
