Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with:
Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule
WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks
The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work
WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc.
Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification.
The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer.
Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $50,801 and $81,827.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, plastering, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates and maintains extrusion machinery independently; collaborates with team to run parts through equipment.
Performs journeyman-level plastering, including troweling, base coating, finishes, and final sanding/touch-ups.
Hand-applies and cuts adhesive mesh and Fedderlite channels to specification; trims parts with cutting equipment.
Mixes materials using electric drills and paddles; assembles and pours molds for cast stone.
Utilizes Monday.com to track production progress, shipments, and inventory.
Follows the production schedule set by the Production Supervisor and completes all required forms (e.g., work orders, material usage, man-hour sheets).
Leads project work, interprets complex work orders, and mentors less experienced team members.
Conducts quality control checks and identifies issues in production processes, providing data for improvement initiatives.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment; assists with shipping, receiving, and custom crate building.
Follows all safety protocols and proactively identifies and addresses safety concerns.
Cleans tools and equipment post-use and helps maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Participates in monthly inventory counts and uses power tools and other equipment safely and effectively.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 2+ Years' experience.

This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for repairing such systems.
Work with internal costumers to provide support for small projects; troubleshoot problems using operational procedures and products to eliminate downtime.
Help to maintain records on equipment to build history to track equipment service and replacement requirements.
Assist in training of less skilled mechanics.
Adhere to all company quality, safety, security, health and environmental requirements and policies.
Work with and/or supervise projects using outside contractor.
Perform all work according to Tremco CPG quality, emergency, and safety procedures.
Assist with Housekeeping.
Adhere to fire watch responsibilities.
LOTO/Safe use of hand power tools.
Understand line break permits, burning & welding permits.
Observe and understand TPM project.

High School Diploma/GED.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
3 or more years of experience in mechanical field.

We are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join our Family Support Team.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contract/s.
About the team
The team aims to provide quality protection and intervention for the most vulnerable and in need of protection children in the borough.
The team manage a complex case load - including CWD cases - and ensure they work in a child centred manner with every case.
This position involves offering support and guidance to others in the team with court proceedings and frontline assessments where necessary.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipDW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential to be considered for this role.
Also, knowledge and ability to complete Section 47 and Section 17 are needed.
A valid UK driving licence is essential for the success of this role.

Core Responsibilities:
Provide strategic governance advice to Board, Council, Regulatory Board and Committee Chairs.
Maintain and continually develop the organisation's governance framework, including rules, regulations, manuals and authorities.
Lead and inspire the governance team in delivering high-quality secretariat support.
Oversee operational delivery of General Meetings, elections, member votes and independent appointments processes.
Ensure compliance with governance best practice, legal requirements and relevant regulatory obligations.
Collaborate closely with legal and risk colleagues on compliance, including anti-bribery, modern slavery, sanctions and other related matters.
Act as the governance lead for engagement with external oversight bodies.
Spearhead the organisation's governance review project and drive continuous improvement.
Provide expert governance input during Board and Committee meetings, advising on implications of policy proposals and decisions.
Ensure all Board, Council and Committee members—along with Executive staff and volunteers—receive appropriate induction and ongoing governance training.

Set up and operate centre lathes to produce components to a high standard, accurately interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Carry out quality inspections using a range of measuring equipment to ensure all parts meet required tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance and basic fault-finding on lathes and associated machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Support day-to-day production activities, including attending production meetings and working closely with colleagues.
Assist with supervising and training apprentices when required, while maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.
I would be interested in speaking with candidates who have the following.
Strong mechanical knowledge, with good basic maths skills and the ability to fault-find and troubleshoot machinery.
Hands-on experience in machining and fabrication, including centre lathes, milling machines, welding, and working with raw materials.
Some CNC experience and a basic understanding of logic controllers used in manufacturing (advantageous but not essential).
The ability to read and interpret technical drawings; experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software would be beneficial.
