Business Improvement Lead - Transformation - BirminghamBusiness Improvement Lead required for a leading company based in Birmingham to be responsible for driving the improvement of business processes and practices across Group.
This role focuses on assessing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, ascertaining areas of good practice, and implementing programs of work to enhance process quality.The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working in a Business Improvement role, be comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels and be able to operate strategically.The salary on offer for this position is £60,000 per annum plus benefits.

Key Skills :
Extensive experience in process improvement and transformation within a large, multi-site organisation.
Proven ability in supporting large-scale transformation projects.
Target Operation Model experience
Strong analytical skills to assess processes and quantify potential process improvements.
Exceptional communication abilities to manage stakeholder expectations and team collaboration effectively.
Comfortable at managing through ambiguous or moving situations.
Qualifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process improvement methodologies would be advantageous.
Ability to think outside the box and bring creative solutions to complex process challenges.
Flexibility to adapt strategies in response to new information or changing conditions.
Experience of using process mining platforms to analyse business processes, and produce actionable insights and recommendations.

Powertrain Noise and Vibration Engineer required to lead issue mitigation, vehicle development and integration.
Experience required
Previous experience in a noise and vibration engineering role relating to powertrain Noise, Vibration and Harshness system integration.
A good understanding of design guidelines for NVH mitigation with successful and timely resolution of issues from benchmarking, targets setting through development, verification and manufacture.
Knowledge of state of the art NVH development techniques and tools, including EV system integration
Degree qualified, preferably with noise and vibration content.
Whole vehicle noise and vibration performance assessment
Role responsibilities
A senior member of the NVH team, you will be responsible for leading Noise and Vibration development of powertrain base engine and systems with experience or awareness of the following

Skills and experience
