Essential Functions:
Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training and performance management. Responsible for recruitment of installation resources as needed to sufficiently meet regional installation demands, including orientation and on-boarding.
