An Engineering Manager / Project Engineering Manager is sought to join an innovative, high-technology engineering company in Hampshire, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of electro-mechanical and electronic solutions for harsh, high-reliability, and regulated environments such as Rail, Medical, Defence, Aerospace, Transportation, and Marine.

Conduct thorough take-offs for roofing repairs and renovations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project scope. Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating both numerical data and precise descriptive details. Maintain professional and timely communication with customers, Sales Representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel via email, phone, text, or in person. Assist in the training and development of Field Representatives and "Elevate" program candidates and graduates, in alignment with WTI Training Policy.
Training includes: Proper completion of services and related documentation. Safety training and documentation requirements.
