JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
Direct Labor responsibility for mixing and packaging in-process and finished good inventory.
Essential Functions:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production batches.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior.
Communicates (gives a heads up) low levels of raw material to supervisory staff.
Develops good working knowledge of all batch making and packaging processes.
Maintains good working relationship with Quality Control
Must be capable of logical structuring of batch making process, particularly optimizing the switchover sequence/needs of production.
Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near miss accidents and material shortages to Production Supervisor
Makes batches and operates packaging equipment efficiently.
Capable of handling scanner & basic computer operations
When there is downtime on his line, proceeds to line assigned to him by Production Supervisor for further training or operation.
Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management/supervisors or RCRA certified employees.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2-year prior related experience of 1 year experience as a production batch maker.
Preferred Requirements:
College level chemistry course experience.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected) and must pass standard color-tone testing.
Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by fit test performed by an authorized agency.
Must be capable of lifting between 25-70 lbs.
This position requires consistent wearing of safety glasses, gloves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes; with additional specific PPE depending on the chemicals or materials handled, which could include respirators, hearing protection, or specialized gloves for hazardous substances.
Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $16.00/hour and $19.00/hour.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Control Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation. Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation. Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed. Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days. Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. Support the region as needed when weather conditions prevent the fulfillment of daily job responsibilities. Facilitate training in a classroom setting.
All other Quality Control Inspection-related tasks or training as assigned by the manager. Travel predominantly within the assigned territory and nationally as needed, and complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal. Working knowledge of roof coating systems.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in a field service leadership role. Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning the necessary internal business systems) In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of the applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of our product line. This position is an autonomous role and requires self-motivation to manage a high level of independence. Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
Experience working with various types of technology and software. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Control Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation. Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation. Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed. Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days. Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. All other Quality Control Inspection-related tasks or training as assigned by the manager. Travel predominantly within the assigned territory and nationally as needed, and complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal. Working knowledge of roof coating systems.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in a field service leadership role. Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning the necessary internal business systems) In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of the applications of products.

Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit.

General Description:
The Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the National Account Team Lead and other Program Managers in a behind-the-scenes type of role.
The Program Administrator should be a very detail oriented and organized professional who understands the importance of deadlines, communication, and customer-specific requirements.
The Program Administrator will be responsible for working on multiple Programs (service contracts) and executing on the day-to-day requirements as outlined by the National Account Team Lead and/or the Program Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Writing proposals for customer accounts.
Understanding customer specific requirements (applicable discounts, labor/material break out, taxes, etc.) File/document integrity - use internal web resources (eBuilder) and local file storage to maintain document and file storage integrity. Understanding different labor rates for each WTI region(s). Understanding different WTI service types and how they are priced. Managing multiple leak response programs.
Tracking leak calls and WTI service response times.
Managing subcontractor invoices and completion paperwork.
Working with regional administrators to re-dispatch leak calls, get progress updates, etc.
Working with WTI technicians to request NTE increases on individual leak responses if applicable. Tracking and invoicing leak service calls.
Delivering invoices to customer specific locations (work order systems, customized email addresses, etc.) Tracking inspection programs.
Working in internal systems to track roof inspection data.
Maintaining a master inspection tracker showing where small pieces of entire programs are in relation to completion. Maintain a weekly schedule to WTI field technicians and Program Manager (to share with customer). Inputting budgets, editing, and categorizing recommendations from WTI field technicians.
Submitting reports and files for internal quality control.
Editing reports as needed based on feedback from quality control personnel.
Delivering reports to Program Manager/customer.
Customer portals Updating customer work order status with ETA Updating customer invoice system with Invoice Special Project Assignments Be accountable for managing your day based on tasks set forth by Program Manager.
