This full-time role offers a salary range of £29,000 - £33,000 for 40 hours work week and benefits.
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards in a busy, multi-brand workshop.
You will be responsible for:
* Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and a methodical approach.
* Consult directly with customers to understand reported issues when required.
* Perform repairs, servicing, and maintenance to a high standard in line with technical specifications.
* Conduct post-repair checks using diagnostics and carry out road tests to verify quality of work.

* Valid UK driving license would be preferred.

Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.

Develop AIA MasterFormat specifications that comply with Tremco requirements, purchasing agreements, local building codes, and industry standards (NRCA, SPRI, Factory Mutual, etc.). Develop specifications in compliance with IBC, IECC, and Tremco-specific requirements & standards Develop specifications based on individual project Scopes of Work, using expertise, experience, and best practices to select appropriate items. Assist Estimators in understanding specifications for bid preparation and pricing. Calculate wind-uplift design pressures based on project specifics. Understand and apply 3rd party test reports for Tremco systems for specifications Identify and resolve service, process, or quality system problems; ensure proper resolution implementation. Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the specification development process. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The General Contracting (GC) Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the General Contracting business (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.) within the assigned region.

Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol.
