This role will suit an ambitious and experienced fee earner who is looking to join an established and growing team.
The Role
Joining the team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of various matters including Commercial Litigation, Contractual Disputes, Property Litigation, Corporate Disputes, Shareholder Disputes and Partnership Disputes. You will provide a first-class service to clients and support other junior fee earners in the team.
Key Responsibilities
Dealing with all aspects of the litigation process from the taking of initial instructions through to attendance at Court at trial and dealing with post judgment issues that arise as appropriate including costs
Advising clients on their cases including advising on costs and funding
Participating in business development, furthering the departments offering
About You
Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with at least 5 years' experience within a Dispute Resolution department, or non-qualified fee earner with significant dispute resolution experience
Previous experience of managing a caseload from start to finish
Previous experience of contentious and non-contentious dispute resolution matters
Strong communication and client care skills

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
The FOM will oversee $30 million+ in annual self-performed revenue in this role.

Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordinate and collaborate with construction managers and GC superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategy to maintain the optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions-related work up to $ 50 K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.

Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the regional team's achievement of goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All Field Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers will report directly to the FOM.
Through leadership and actions, contribute to the development of a Safety-Oriented Culture that will result in 100% compliance with Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits; and have work habits that will lead to ZERO safety-related incidents on ALL projects within the region.
Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordinate and collaborate with construction managers and GC superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategy to maintain the optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions-related work up to $ 50 K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.
Communicate on a regular basis with RBM regarding: Safety compliance results Project approvals, progress, and results Personnel updates Forecast, analyze, and report on sales and establish financial performance metrics.
Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the regional team's achievement of goals. Provide training and QA/QC inspections at all levels at all levels of work to ensure the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing/facade practices, to include: Field Applications - existing and new material, systems, application parameters, etc. Customer Service Reporting compliance
ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
10+ years of prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team within the building construction industry. Experience taking on strategic initiatives where previous experience may not have been present, and engaging to grow the initiative within the business. Prior experience leading a large staff in remote multi-state locations. Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Prior experience clearly defining expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continuous, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.

Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.

Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
