Essential Functions:
Direct management of a team of Superintendent(s).
Includes hiring, training, and performance management.
Reviews projects at turnover including Contract Review, work order and installer schedule process.
Manage select TPM projects Conducts active project audits on Large Projects associated with LPP: Labor, Material & OC's and communicate back to team.
Works directly with Regional Operations Manager and RCM to ensure up to date and accurate allocation and management of Installation Resources.
Inspects and approves forecast and PMF's for TPM projects.
Maintains and updates Change Order Log.
Supports Superintendents on CO conversion.
Conducts required field rides and coaching trips with Superintendents.
Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and Construction Division services to General Contractors, Industrial and Commercial accounts, in addition to supporting the Stonhard Territory and Sales Managers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with long tenure.
A track record of successful construction project leadership, including references from past clients and employers.
Self-motivated & results driven with a strong sense of urgency.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Spends a minimum of four days per week in the field working with Superintendents and/or on Stonhard projects.
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Requirements
2 - 5 years' Stonhard experience in the field working on projects and products.
Demonstrate the ability to train assistant superintendents and communicate clearly.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

They are now seeking a talented KS2 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

As a KS2 Teacher, you will be expected to: ➢ Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum ➢ Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports academic and emotional development ➢ Use a range of assessment strategies to track progress and inform planning ➢ Work collaboratively with your year group partner and phase leader to share best practice ➢ Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues ➢ Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The ideal candidate will have: ➢ A secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective classroom practice ➢ Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (any year group welcome) ➢ High expectations for pupil progress and behaviour ➢ A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning ➢ UK-recognised teaching qualification with QTS ➢ An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service ➢ The right to work in the UK

Teach Plus are currently working with a welcoming 2-form entry primary school located in Hounslow who are seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant.
The role is a full-time, ongoing role to support a child in Year 5 with Autism.
Personal care is required for this role.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to:
Follow the class teacher and SENCO's direction in supporting the child both inside and outside the classroom
Build a strong, positive relationship, setting clear boundaries with the child
Follow plans for activities and intervention sessions provided by the class teacher
Support with learning and regulating behaviour using a range of strategies
Ensure the child feels supported and safe by having a warm and nurturing approach
The ideal candidate for the SEN Teaching Assistant role will have:
Have a passion for working with children with SEND
Have experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting with children with SEND in a school setting
Experience working as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant with children with ASD and challenging behaviour
The ability to build rapport with the child and be able to respond to the child's individual needs
Follow direction from the class teacher, SENCO and other members of staff
