We are recruiting for a Secondary Learning Support Assistant in the Richmond area to work with students who have autism and learning difficulties.
This is a full-time position, Mon to Fri 8:30am to 4:00pm.
Prior experience working with children with autism and challenging behaviours in the UK preferable.
The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support the student development by assisting students in lower KS3 with autism and challenging behaviours.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will help create a collaborative environment working closely with teachers and staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment tailored to the student's needs.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide personalized support focusing on one-on-one support for the students, ensuring they receive the care and attention required to meet their developmental milestones.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will help teachers plan activities, prepare materials, maintain records, and perform administrative tasks that enhance the student's learning experience.
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience working with children, especially those with autism or challenging behaviours this is beneficial but not required.
A genuine commitment to helping children overcome challenges and succeed in their learning journey.
Willingness to work with children with SEND needs.
Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced Child-Only DBS check.
Ideally, candidates will reside in or near Richmond, or have reliable transportation to commute to the area.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

Cross-Functional Alignment & Liaison Work
Serve as the primary data liaison for the Demand Generation and Integrated Communications teams, ensuring alignment across all marketing functions.
Act as a bridge between the Demand Generation and Digital Hub teams, facilitating seamless communication and alignment on shared initiatives.4.
Campaign Development & Strategy Support
Partner closely with product marketing teams to assist in the development of integrated campaigns, serving as a cross-functional liaison between Rust-Oleum and external media agency partners to ensure strategic and executional alignment.
Provide strategic and analytical support during campaign development phases, collaborating with brand and product teams to help shape briefs, refine messaging, and align marketing objectives with performance outcomes.
Support go-to-market efforts by coordinating campaign timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and managing the operational flow between insights, creative, and media teams.5.
Tools, Data Integration & Broader Insights
Collaborate closely with media agency partners and MMX, aligning on performance metrics, campaign evaluations, and optimization strategies.
Integrate GA4, PriceSpider, and content performance data with media results, clearly articulating ROI and marketing effectiveness.
Partner with Insights and Category Management teams, campaign reporting, and other department analytics.Salary Target Range: $75,000 - $125,000, bonus eligible
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
Experience using digital advertising/social media channels, tools, techniques and best practices for business
Experience analyzing marketing data and social/PR analytics and identifying/communicating key insights
Working knowledge of web, search and social analytics tools; experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Pinterest Analytics a plus

Responsibilities
Safety
Ensure Associates are performing their duties in a safe manner and in a safe environment.
Lead safety related activities (Safety Team, Department meetings, Audits/Tours) and ensure prompt follow-up on safety related issues to minimize lost time accidents and ensure compliance with all DAP and OSHA requirements.

People
Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.

Work with HR on issues relating to associates.
Quality & Productivity
Ensure product quality and integrity through established adhesion to policies and procedure, implementing new ideas/techniques when appropriate.
Work with management team and associates to develop policies and procedures to address daily operational challenges that impact shipments to customers and operating efficiencies.
Determine most appropriate proactive operating rules, communicate changes, execute changes, follow-up and monitor compliance.
Oversees carrier scheduling, communication and dispatch.
Work with Corporate IT and software supplier to address issues relating to labels, warehouse management system and RF equipment.
Service
Continuously strive to improve our service level to our internal and external customers through the introduction of process enhancements and best practices.
Complete daily review of our performance in shipping, receiving and replenishment to ensure that customer orders are leaving on a timely basis and required unit and line-item fill rates are being attained.
Plan for adequate manpower against current and future shipping days and implement new process if needed, while continuing to review and revise old processes with management team and associates.
Utilize WMS to manage warehouse operations and analyze performance data.
Responds to inquiries regarding shipment status.
Serves as a liaison between Customer Service, Warehouse and Production departments to ensure product availability and priorities.
Cost
Prepare, manage and maintain distribution center budget through reduction of non-value-added activities and increasing efficiencies of current processes.
Manage department budget daily, determining spending priorities with VP of Operations and insuring goals and objectives are being met.
Evaluate current spending to determine areas to reduce costs, streamline expenses to maximize value to operation and still maintain customer service.
Utilize the MS 168 process to provide process improvements and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
7 to 10 years of experience in the relevant field
Working knowledge of RF warehouse management system
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel software applications
Strong leadership and management skills and experience
Excellent communication skills
Inventory Control and warehouse management systems experience
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
