Project Administrator Development Lead
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Project Administrator Development Lead is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for all employees assigned or transitioning into the Project Administrator role.
This position ensures new and existing team members are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to successfully perform the duties of a Project Administrator.
In addition to training responsibilities, the Trainer will serve as a fully capable backup for the Project Administrator role, stepping in as needed to provide coverage and ensure business continuity.
Success in this role requires a high level of operational knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate complex processes into accessible training modules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, update, and deliver onboarding and continuing education programs for Project Administrators across all relevant project types (e.g., Patch and Repair, General Contracting, IAQ, Safety P&R, Diagnostics, TRACE, etc.)
Train employees on WTI documentation standards, compliance procedures, SAP Sales Order workflows, financial documentation, and customer billing practices.
Maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual aids in alignment with WTI policies and system changes.
Create and maintain a central knowledge base or training library.
Facilitate one-on-one and group training sessions both virtually and in-person, using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
Conduct assessments to evaluate knowledge retention and identify ongoing training needs.
Act as a functional backup for Project Administrators by stepping into active project management roles during high volume periods, absences, or vacancies.
Monitor the performance and accuracy of administrative processes during backup assignments to ensure compliance and timely execution.
Provide mentorship and support for new Project Administrators during their transition period.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the Business Operations team and assist in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Supervisors, Field Representatives, and IT to ensure alignment on process execution and training priorities.
Track and report training activities, progress, and feedback to departmental leadership.
Lead periodic process audits to ensure compliance with documented procedures, identify process deviations, and recommend improvements.
Track recurring issues and questions from trainees and use these insights to drive training program enhancements and SOP revisions.
Support software or platform rollouts by creating or delivering role-specific training materials and hosting Q&A sessions.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university
EXPERIENCE: Four to seven years of related experience and/or training

We are looking for a Warranty Administrator - this is a temporary position.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Warranty Administrator is primarily responsible for:
Processing all warranty requests and maintaining accurate and up-to-date warranty files, samples, and product/system listings on the online warranty system.
As the system and software subject matter expert, this role is charged with identifying and managing all required modifications to the online warranty system, coordinating with IT and product line managers to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for our customers.

Act as primary liaison with our software provider, as the internal "super-user", in understanding the system capabilities; creating user training and ongoing maintenance updates to ensure access and compliance for all internal customers.

Process all warranty requests received daily according to project specifications and dollar amount.
Obtain and process all approvals for warranties from reps and sales management according to warranty guidelines daily.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive files on all special warranties, including specifications, warranty request form (product and application information), and all appropriate approvals.
Handle all warranty request transactions, such as obtaining contractor signatures for joint warranties, preparing and distributing Approved Applicator Certificates, generating sample warranties, and generating reports for sales force if required.
Verify and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all warranty information, such as address verification, report generation, etc.
Respond to calls and inquiries related to warranties from both internal and external customers.
Update online warranty system as new products are added, products are deleted, warranties are changed, etc.
Provide training to new sales representatives, distributors and contractors on the warranty system as needed.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and operational support throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Working with WTI technicians to request NTE increases on individual leak responses if applicable.

Maintaining a master inspection tracker showing where small pieces of entire programs are in relation to completion.

Inputting budgets, editing, and categorizing recommendations from WTI field technicians.
Submitting reports and files for internal quality control.
Editing reports as needed based on feedback from quality control personnel.

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.

Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.

Technical Application Specialist
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Application Specialist ensures proper application of Tremco products in accordance with company and industry guidelines by providing both on-site and office-based problem resolution assistance.
This individual is a technical liaison between the business and Tremco's field-based internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure product performance through proper recommendation of jobsite qualification and application techniques.
Possess and leverage a basic knowledge of Tremco's product portfolio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.

Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.

The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
