Our client is a relatively new firm that has doubled in size over the past couple of years and offers excellent opportunities for progression.
They specialise in property and private client work and have attracted talent from other established firms in the region. The position will involve the successful individual working on a range of Commercial Property matters including: landlord and tenant work; development; real estate finance; acquisitions and disposals of land with a touch of residential property work.
The department has seen a rise in work recently and are therefore looking for someone who is able to come in, hit the ground running with their own caseload of smaller matters but to also support the current Commercial Property Partner.
