The Role
The position is still in a very early stage of discussion, but will require this person to work autonomously, offering the successful candidate the responsibility and accountability of being the main point of contact across the group in relation to property queries.
The portfolio is extremely varied and with some issues proving complex and touching on anything from leases, to development to planning.
Assistance will be available, but it's expected that this person will equally maintain relations with externals and co-ordinate with senior stakeholders, guaranteeing best service levels and accurate, up to date advice group wide.
The Person
We'd imagine this person is likely to have at least 3 years PQE in good quality commercial property law but most importantly, you'll have a client facing, pragmatic and organised approach to the caseload.
