About You
Within this role, you will be working on a broad range of Real Estate matters, such as acquisitions, development, funding, investment and asset management requirements, with particular focus on major logistics and manufacturing projects for client such as hotels and student accommodation, private sector residential development, public sector led development opportunities, new business park developments, Grade A office developments and investments and major infrastructure projects.
The ideal Real Estate Solicitor will ideally have over 3 years' PQE and must have previous experience of advising investors and developers within a large commercial firm or in-house team.
This role will require you have a high-level of communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to make sound commercial judgement.

About the Role
Within this Property Litigation Solicitor role, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Advising individuals and business clients on a wide range of property dispute matters including pre-action and the service of notices, court proceedings and ADR
Advising and litigating on alienation disputes, break notices, dilapidations, possession claims and rent arrears
Dealing with the Housing Act and defending claims
Bringing and defending disrepair claims in residential property cases
Building on your own network and taking part in Business Development Initiatives
About You
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 1+ years' experience within Property Litigation law, has excellent attention to detail, is motivated and can work well as part of a team.

The role would suit someone who is already working as a Plot Sales Paralegal, or someone working as a residential conveyancing assistant or remortgage fee earner, who is looking to move into something slightly more commercial.
